Loyalty Points & Priority for Away Matches

Thats where we fall foul of the rules. It is my understanding you have to give the minimum of either 2,000 tickets or 10% of ground capacity. So the minimum for us is 2,000 tickets. In theory Grimsby could only give us 900 tickets and still fall within the rules.

Carlisle, Crewe and Walsall all have scope to house more away supporters than the usual allocations they give due to empty terracing or seats usually designated home support.
If we are top 3 by Boxing Day I can see more than 2k going up to Carlisle which would mean opening the terrace up for use behind the goal.

 

I'd go further and give every club the same number based on the percentage of our ST base that they gave us. So if Harrogate give us 650 and we have 14,000 season then they are giving us 4.6% of our season tickets so I would give them 4.6% of their season ticket base ie 92 tickets. They still wouldnt sell them all.

 

Is that league matches or is that rule specific to the FA Cup?

I’ve contacted the club twice in the last week or so about the new membership scheme which includes 100 loyalty points, and not even had the courtesy of a reply. So bollocks, I’ll keep my £35.

The scheme appears to have a massive flaw in it. It creates you a new customer ID unless you registered with the same e-mail as the one you use for your season ticket. The issue really kicks in when you have juniors who share your e-mail address as you want their tickets e-mailed to you.

They know what the issue is, it's just if they will fix it as it need a point where you can enter the customer number yourself to link the 2 systems.

I know this having had a friend go nuts this weekend telling me all about it.

 

If it is designated seating as some clubs do how do you get two together with only one ticket allowed?

 

You need to buy a ticket with a person in the same band as you. So if they have 1050 points but you have 1200, you wait till tomorrow. However if you have 1050 and they have under 1050 then you have to wait until season ticket sale, which may mean not getting one for yourself.

Even thought there are seat numbers on the tickets, from past experience it will be another free for all.

If you want to sit next to a friend/wife/partner then because you have to buy seperately there is a huge chance you will not be together
