What are you actually getting your back up at? Who cares? We're raising money for a cause not trying to figure out who's a bigger Bradford fan. The hardest part of getting people who have never been to a City game before is actually getting to them to the ground, they just aren't interested in Bradford vs Morecambe.

I took a friend years ago who had never been to City, he wasn't really arsed for it but he got to the game and enjoyed the atmosphere of a live football game. He's been a season ticket holder since but people with the attitude like yours who turn their nose up at potential customers because they haven't attended every game for the past 6 years will put them off.

 

I can't wait for this, my wife's a Scouser so I've invited a load of her family which will be sitting in the bantams bar with me.
Very friendly people oh and they're all blues so they will want us to win .
Also it's a great occasion and the first time my son will of seen the ground full .

Well bringing family is one thing but to bring your house aswell that's dedication.

 

Where have I said it's to do with who's the bigger fan or turning my nose up at potential fans..

If you think any of these Liverpool followers are coming to experience live football then I think you're sadly mistaken.. They're coming to see Liverpool and that's it.. and as they won't stump up for a liverpool membership which would have allowed them to get a ticket in the away end they're coming to sit in the home end with their Liverpool shirts on.. once over they will never be seen again.

They're also a condescending bunch who think they're doing us a favour by coming to town

 

I'm sure there will be plenty of Bradford based Liverpool 'fans' who probably don't even realise it's a charity match. But that's not really an issue. The most important thing is that as much money is raised as possible.

 

I read your post slightly wrong so I apologise, either way who gives a flying what they think? They're paying and the money is going to the right place. We could of had a charity game with BPA but the fact is Liverpool has put the bums on seats regardless of what team shows up.

It doesn't matter one little bit @Plastic Bantam, the whole ground could be full of Bradford based Liverpool supporters for all i care, the whole point of this match is to raise funds for Stephen Darby.
Honestly if it get your back up so much just don't go, i just cannot see what your problem is.
