Didn’t the substitutions gain us an unlikely point against the balance of play up to when they were introduced

There's a direct threat there but the lads done nothing to have a divine right to minutes. To be fair, Sutton, Angol & Oliver all had decent or good moments on the pitch today and offered something different whilst Chapman had probably his best game so far so can see why he didn't want to take him off.

His dad is obviously wanting the best for his son but not a chance is he a starter in this team with the lads infront of him.

Harratt is an out and out striker not a wide player or a number 10. We play one out and out striker and he ain’t going to replace Cook or Oliver.

He was selling his dogs because he wasn't getting picked ahead of Andy Cook, I think we know we're not dealing with nuclear physicists here.

I'm not sure we need to ostracise the Harratt's, they're obviously desperate for Kian to make it.

I like Harratt. I think he can score goals in this team and offer something to warrant playing more. Unfortunately right now there are just too many ahead of him, who up to now are offering more, in good form, more suited or simply just better than he is.

Hughes isn’t afraid to change the team outside of what seems a core 3-5. Chances will be there for those who earn them - Harratt needs to make sure he does when opportunities come.

Also, when his dad is putting up (embarrassingly grammatically incorrect) posts on social media about his son, it shows that the attitude is poor from the top.

Either way it's a win win for Hughes. He either puts him in and he plays badly which justifies keeping him out the side or he plays well and Hughes gets the credit for firing him up by making him wait for his chance.

If I recall correctly, again in a tweet from his dad, Port Vale wanted him to stay and he was happy to stay, but Huddersfield wanted him to come here

Harratt didn’t help himself from his last appearance from the bench at home to Walsall. Where Wright who was also brought on as sub in the same game was holding onto the ball Harratt made no attempt to tackle back, keep possession. It’s significant that Hughes hasn’t brought him on since that appearance.

Sutton was out of his depth sorry. Defending a game yes, chasing a game……..nope

Sorry disagree he didn’t see much of the ball because most of the play was down the other side but twice he got behind their defence and squared it which could have lead to goals.

Harratt's dad would do well to remember his lad's first appearance for us, cuffing Donny's keeper wasn't the brightest thing to do, which of course led to a 3 match ban.

Maybe If he hadn't been so stupid, the lad would have been more involved in the early games giving him a better chance to stake a claim.

Since then, he has fallen behind Cook, Young, Oliver and probably Angol now

His dad is now making a fool of himself and causing much embarrassment for his son, which could backfire and turn the fans against him, as with Jordan Gibson previously

Harrat is much to good to be not getting a game, Sadly for him he does not fit with MHs style of play and formation, Huddersfield will take him back in January as they sent him here for games not bench warming, He will score lots of goals as he has in the past but not here

Hughes isn’t afford to tell someone to “f off “ either.

He won’t be bullied into giving Harratt minutes.

Sadly I agree. Based on the opinions of my Hudders mates I was excited when we signed him, but it does seem now that he doesn't fit the way Hughes wants to play.

To be fair, his first minutes lead to a straight red and whilst he was out he naturally falls down the order. Hughes was always playing 1 striker, unfortunately for the others on the books we have Cook on the form of his life so again, the strikers are going to have less minutes.

It's far too early to be needing minutes, long season, we all know Cooks form won't continue and he often gets a few knocks so these lads need to be ready for when that happens.
