Intimidated is not a word I would associate with yourself, given you took the side of someone posting pictures of nooses as part of their argument and chose to get upset at me using the word boyos to describe you and that guy in plural, which I still can't fathom. It wasn't just don't agree with my politics at the time so don't try re write history because somebody's called you out for it.

Tbh Bronco the guy that joined the forum just to slate you was 100% correct in his assertions. The irony in all this is that it was you that got all huffy during our last 'discussion' (and I used that term loosely with you) and decided my point wasn't worth replying to because you decided a word that I'd used was offensive I'm presuming. The best bit is you're now implying that I have trouble with people disagreeing with me when in reality during the Brexit discussion I was speaking to 3 people as well as you who all disagreed with me. And out of those 3 and me and you, who was the only person who took their bat and ball home and ended the discussion? Bronco was!!! As I said at the time, give your head a shake man because I think your losing it!

Why should I? The irony of all this is that Bronco is casting me as the precious one when this whole issue is because he got precious in the first place. Im just responding in kind innit. I'm not the nobhead here so don't speak to me like one.

If you have been arguing about Brexit, I wouldn’t worry or take issue with anyone on this, the whole country is bickering and falling out over this issue. Right at this moment we have a set of politicians of all shades who I wouldn't trust with a shopping list and a tenner, never mind run the country.

 

This is why I'm frustrated. Because at no point was I bickering or falling out or any of that. I put some points across and some folk disagreed and we were having a solid discussion. Then Bronco jumped in and tried to shut me down after one of the other folks started making suicide jokes and posting nooses as part of their argument. Yet Bronco's issue in that was me using the word 'boyos' to describe him and the people I was disagreeing with in the plural which to me wasn't an insult, just an informal plural term. As opposed to his boyo that felt it appropriate to use imagery and comments like I've said. Now I dont know about you but I've had three close friends take their own lives recently so I don't think its an appropriate thing to use in a discussion but Bronco has 0 issue with it and instead starts going at me in his patronising manner. And that, in a nutshell, is why I'm annoyed now. I'm hereto discuss and debate things with ideally people that disagree as it makes for better debate, but what I'm not here for is people to pick and choose when they talk to me and to patronise me.

Legally its not far off being constructive dismissal? Could Riley quit then sue us for the wages? Unless they were really causing an issue and were disruptive then isolating them seems harsh to me

 

I wasn’t “speaking to you” like anything. But it’s a forum for views, so people will respond to those views. I don’t know the ins and outs of what you are claiming happened. But if you want to stop this, you can’t just ask someone to stop responding, you have to take the lead.
