Although I didn't live there, I was brought up round these parts, my grandad was well known in the Brownroyd club. I used to drink in all the pubs round there, Girlington is just one massive slum.

    100%

Let's see what the mass anti-semite mobs in our capital make of this. Cheering it on no doubt

Only by forming coalitions with groups of ever more extremist minority parties. The government he’s currently leading is like the equivalent of the Tories or Labour forming a coalition government with the National Front, the British Movement and the EDF.

Yep, so those with that type of policies manage to get a majority of seats so must carry a decent amount of support in the country

As I mentioned earlier in the thread, last night's attack by Iran is proof that we need to continue to help fund Israel for weapons to defend itself.

Good to see the RAF help shoot Iranian drones out of the sky last night too.

A further demonstration that the ideology in that region is hellbent on Israel's destruction.

It's a very worrying escalation, because Israel and its allies will have to deliver some sort of response.

Most definitely the other countries in the region would love to see the destruction of Israel. Not sure I'm keen on us getting involved though.

But you have to remember that last nights attack was a direct result of Isreal attack on Damascus and killing of the Iranian's.

So if it is ok for Isreal to react to Hamas attack surely it is fine for Iran to react to Isreal attack?

The strike on Damascus was specifically targeting generals of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard who back Hamas, not the general public of Iran, unlike the barbaric attack of innocent music festival youngsters and elderly residents of the border town they struck on October 7th

Spot on. And Iran has been. The puppetmaster for pretty much all of what the likes of Hamas and Youthis have been doing in the region. Openly attacking is a new line being crossed though. It seriously complicates matters, not least because the US and its allies can't afford for Iran to be emboldened.

This is increasingly turning into an ideological Islam v the West conflict. And the extent to which Islam is integrated into much of Europe could mean we're walking into a very, very dark time.

Isreal can not now complain about Iran retaliating after they attacked them. Isreal decided to extend their attacks from direct attacks on Hamas to include Iran. That was a calculated attack as they knew they were losing support worldwide and that Iran would follow their usual play book and retaliate. Thus gaining Isreal some support back.

So the leaders of Isreal have put their own citizens in the firing line to garner international support

Israel didn't attack the country of Iran.

Damascus is in Syria, and like I say, the targets were Islamic Revolutionary Guards who are Iranians and back terrorists

technically they did attack Iran as they attacked their consulate which counts as part of their national territory

And there is no middle ground here. The Western culture goes against the grain of everything they believe in. They do not go hand and hand or live in some lovely rosy utopia, they would both wipe each other off the map if they could. I'm probably too old to see it but Europe has huge problems come the next 50 years.

It'll be a much, much shorter time frame. Closer to 5 than 50 years.
