    Obviously not Kilgallon was surplus to requirement we let him leave, anyone with an ounce of knowledge regards football would put him in front of any of our back 3 McGowan, O'Connor and certainly Knight-Percival.

    Plenty of managers join clubs without taking their own staff. And if they do take staff it’s often the assistant manager not the likes of Sports scientists. Hopkin's assistant seems to be someone you can’t hire even if they would like to.

    How do you know who he wants to bring in? There could be a number of reasons why he can’t bring them in, not least cutting costs.

    I said when we appointed him, he was unsackable, and if he asked Edin to jump he had better ask how high. No he hasn’t turned it around, because we don’t have the right players in the key positions, it will be like a school outing this weekend. I, like you was hoping for better, but the toxic atmosphere round the club is not a good working environment. The fear factor can actually be felt at the ground, it is really really awful. There is no way any other more qualified manager will come to us, plus our squad needs stability. If he goes that will SIX managers within a year!!! I will leave that there

    Hopkin just isnt the person for this club - they say dont go back but hes come back to a club where the only fact is he was a waste of money so far history is repeating

    Unless he is given a chance, we will never know. Problem is, under the present set up, this is an absolute impossibility. Go back 8 months when people on here were clamouring to get rid of our crap manager. That certainly worked out well and groundhog is still alive and kicking.
