    He shouldn't walk, he knew he couldn't really bring in players until Jan and it shows a lack of character to take the easy way out. However, I'm not sure he shouldn't be sacked. I'm an outsider but I've watched every game this season and he is either a mini Jose who would rather play his way despite the players available or he is clueless. You can see so many of the players just arent comfortable or able to play how he wants them to. Its also a team who is lacking confidence and that doesn't help them and he seems to lack the motivational skills as well. At this rate by the time Jan comes round the players confidence could be so shot that no-one they can bring in is going to save things as they obviously can't replace the whole squad

    But just have a look at that back four today and tell me who could do anything with that?

    Answer no one.

    However we should not be collapsing so easy against a poor side like that.

    This is the time when you need experience at this level. Hopkin has only managed in Scotland. Need a experienced assistant and a defensive coach minimum. And them in this week

    I don't no what he said at half time but a 4 goal 2nd half collapse doesn't really inspire me that he's the man to turn this around
