Home vs Forest Green

Saw the FGR keeper give away a goal trying to play out against Newport yesterday. Bit of pressure from a Newport player resulted in him losing the ball, simple as that for Newport. Keeper later sent off for fouling a striker outside the box.

Still makes me angry that Bowyer's instructions last week were to allow the keeper to stroll out with it.

 

As yourself I see no logic at all in the new rule allowing usually defenders to be in the area to recieve the ball, surely if you see a team as FG like to get it into the opposition penalty area asap then you nullify that situation by pushing one of your forwards to the edge of their penalty box, even before this new rulling if teams played it short and through midfield again you countered it by not allowing them the short ball out to one of their defenders.
