It didn't look like 433 until late on after the subs. Vaughan was up front on his own. Mostly it looked like 451 to match up FGR.

 

Its professional football not playground stuff, The players play to orders or do not play at all, Players that ignore a managers tactics are never long at a club, Those players on the pitch gave everything and were gutted to lose through poor set up

Shame Donaldsons shot hit Vaughan on the line or Devitts hit the post or Mellors was chalked off as the only team that deserved 3 points was us.

Disagree that 0-0 was a fair reflection of the game. They came to spoil and boy did they do that.

As I have said earlier we had more clear cut chances and second half we were far the better team.

 

They have very few fans cos their "brand" of football is sheite. You call it sportmanship. I call it dark ages football and if that floats your boat good luck to you. But I wouldn't want to support that style of play any day of the week.

Not sticking the knife in, obviously you didn't read my full post as as I said I like GB but he clearly got it badly wrong today. Man for man we should have been too strong today but bowyer tactics of allowing a goalkeeper and defender to get and even past the halfway line with no one closing them down was crazy. They weren't Liverpool or Barcelona for crying out loud and those tactics weren't used in other games so why let FGR run the show for the majority of the game. Chances wise they had the better ones, if it wasn't for wood's last ditch tackle and O'Donnell decent saves they could have scored a few. Yes Donaldson shot was unlucky but let's not kid ourselfs they had just has many chances as we did and cut through our defence a couple of times. Mom for BRE nowhere near today they went past him with ease 2nd half a few times.

As for 4-3-3 That's how we started Gibson and Donaldson either side of Vaughan then when not in possession they both went deep was only when subs came on did we change but the tactics of letting them have ball up and until.the halfway line when we don't do that normally was baffling.

 

Based on size Bradford should be getting at least 100,000 at every home game.
