Oh dear! What a balls up.

We were going to book tonight, but got confused by how many seats had supposedly been sold (when they hadn't, apparently), and we got kicked off the system twice while we were going through the steps!

We'll give it another go tomorrow.

Not concerned about not getting a ticket, but would prefer to be sat in the Midland Road.

None of it made much sense. We've been moved, but others could reserve their own seats, but only if they could figure out that the system was greying out their own seats as 'sold'

Not sure who this is all fair to, but losing our seats to Cumbrians who can't observe a minute's silence is annoying!!

 

What about families who can't get tickets together? Simple, we won't bother going, the club has treated us like shit.

 

Is your usual feed available? Or with it being on Sky is it not?

Felt a little bit the same but it’s the playoffs and it’s City so going to look past the get out of your seat for 25+ years and sod off somewhere else attitude of the club and cheer them on from block bloody F .

 

Spot on. Utterly abysmal communication from the club. No mention in the email or website that ST holders have their usual seat reserved until Wednesday. Why was this not made clear? It's absolutely stunning ineptitude.
So I, as with many others, assumed it was a free for all. When I went on the ticket site the whole of C Block main stand was greyed out; I assumed this was because it is a very desirable part of the ground and had sold out quickly. So I bought one of three seats showing as available in E Block. Only now do I realise that it was all a technical hitch and that I could have bought my normal seat.
Email to ticket office will be going tomorrow.

 

The ticket office staff will be furious that they’ll now be swamped with hundreds of emails / calls tomorrow plus many people banging on the door at 9am.
Well done to whoever at the club contributed to yet another ticketing shambles.

Wish I could be banging on the door at 9am tomorrow, but I'm in Barcelona. I'll have to send an email and hope they sort it out.

 

That’s the one, the Tv scenes were absolutely nothing like being there. The end of the game was carnage outside.

Indeed it was......Was virtually stood next to the lad that got part of his ear bitten off. Was carnage before the game too, up by the Griffin pub when about 100 of their lads left en masse and stormed down the road!!!!

 

So as it stands.

You can only add multiple tickets to your basket by using the add reserved seats to your basket, but if you have 8 people in your friends and family but only needed 3, you can't delete the other 5.

If you click on the map which is grey you can add your seat to the basket and others from your friends and family but they assign them all to your login and say you are only entitled to buy one.

What a shitshow.

 

We were talking about that game today, and other end of season games eg Man City. To be honest the Man City I was more frightened at but that was probably due to my age at the time and having their fans running up the slope at back of Midland Road
