A fair appraisal, Wayne, if a little harsh. But there again, the truth does hurt.
Our demise was forecast the minute the pre-season team line ups and results came in. City lacked any structure from the word GO. Just as a team believes and embraces success, a poorly assembled group will do likewise, negatively. Not only did Rahic dismantle a solid base, he managed, unchallenged, to map out Citys immediate future. Not just on the pitch, but in the offices and on the terraces, too.

For anyone who likes their stats, Richards-Everton is currently rated the 3rd best player in league two. He has been our best signing so far I feel. Always looks composed
Whoscored.com have opened up their stats to leagues one and two this week.

Virgil Richards-Everton.
He's been very good, long may it continue. Time to keep POC next to him and really start to build a long lasting partnership.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...Doodle, How, bantam2708 and 1 other person like this. -

Well if I was a opposing teams fans signing NKP and asking our website I would be gutted. Accies fans comments seem much better so lets see how the lad does.

Hopefully a good signing. Its a very league 2 signing and i would think one Bowyer will be pleased with. The boy will be a presence at the back but his appearances in his career up to date is a concern but he wont be anywhere near a top earner. Good luck to the lad.

My take on the signing, is that it is a great unknown.
Compare and contrast Ben Richards-Everton with Anthony O’Connor.
They are both of a similar age. O’Connor is actually one year younger.
O’Connor has played in the Scottish Premiership with 86 appearances over two seasons.
Richards-Everton has played one tier down in the Scottish Championship 72 appearances over three seasons.
O’Connor 300 appearances. Richards-Everton 167 appearances.
So as far as I am concerned, evidence based performances for City, over the next seven months will inform my view.Pineapple Salesman, BoingBoing and RonnieBrown like this. -

Biggest positive is getting players in early.

As many have alluded to our problems are in midfield I liked what I saw of Pritchard and Ismail he liked to take his man on.FrenchBantam, How and TallinnBantam like this. -

Sounds like a player we lacked last season. But I will want and see how he performs.

17 starts last season. 6 wins (no clean sheets) 4 losses (including 3 nil to us) 7 draws.
Of those 17 starts he played 6 at CB, 4 at LB and 3 at RB... not sure about the rest as no data.
In terms of injuries, he had knee surgery in 2016 and missed 5 games. Also shoulder injury in 2017, think he missed about 4 games.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...rmbenson007 and Botswana Bantam like this. -

Interesting how he turned them down for us, but Accy always operate on a small budget so can’t have been to hard to persuade. Just a shame we couldn’t do a straight swap for half our squad.
