    Hi, first night match tomorrow. Any recommendations for where to park please? Are the big car parks on Valley Road ok or do you have to be a shopper? Thanks

    I think there is a 3 hour limit on those retail parks.

    I usually park on Canal Road.

    hmm - I did wonder if there’d be a time limit. Is that on-street parking on Canal Road or an actual car park? Cheers

    Not sure where you are from, but Canal Rd is the main road towards Shipley. So main road parking near the car dealerships between Station Rd and Bolton Lane, or further on Canal Rd toward Shipley

    I live in Newcastle but picking up the nephew in Bingley, so Canal Road / Station Road / Bolton Lane looks perfect from our direction. Thanks a lot. It’s the boy’s first night game so really looking forward to it. Although he’s only 11 and got school the next day so might find it a bit tiring. Mind you, I loved night games as a kid. Still do!!

    For night matches I use the Broadway shopping centre car park, £2 after 5pm (I'll be using it tonight). It's a little bit of a walk, but it's quite popular with City fans and easy to get away afterwards.

    Yes it is secure as well. Carlisle are bringing a fair number (over 1,000) tonight and as there are no trains back a lot will be in cars. I think Canal Road and side street parking might be harder to come by.

    Would be my port of call for any evening or weekend game if I was taking the car. Easy enough to get away from, straight to the A650 or Manchester road.

    We live in Drighlington.
    We come in on the bus for afternoon games.
    For evening games we drive in and park in The Broadway.
    Fingers crossed for 3 points tonight.

    Thanks all for the advice. Used the Broadway in the end. Worth the walk as nice and easy. And it meant we could walk to the ground via the Shawarama kebab place! Just back to Newcastle - a long trip for 0-0. Pleased that last shot hit the post and bounced out otherwise would’ve been a real sickener! Cook looked good and lively but needs more support to help him. Oh well, consolidation in the play off spots
    Hoping to be down for another home game this season. Third time lucky for a win hopefully.

    I think I’d have to ban myself as I’ve not been a lucky omen for City so far!
    I previously mentioned I actually support Derby so could be 2 visits to Wembley that weekend! Not complaining though

    Theres some nice stretches of Pavement in and around Gracechurch Street. Easy to get away from as well.
