    The Pompey flexi scheme looks to have a lot going for it and we could learn from what they are doing and adjust our own flexi scheme accordingly.

    Pompey will have a similar problem to ourselves - a large ST base who could fill the ground two-thirds full or so. The metrics at Fratton Park are quite similar to our own - a capacity of nearly 22,000 and last season Pompey had 14,000 season ticket holders. The problems Pompey experience with social distancing, constraints on capacity and having to ration the seats will be faced by us at VP.

    Get on the phone to your counterpart at Fratton Park, JR and exchanges notes. You could always remind him who first came up with the idea of flexi tickets! ;)

    The pompey flexi scheme is for existing season ticket holders; City's was suspended before deadline so how many ST holders do we have, approx 3-5,000?
    City need to re-start the ST selling.

    Fans have to wear masks inside the ground, going to look weird plus few fans chosen to attend, more like a morgue or wigan @ home on sky on a friday night.

    Yes it'll be a shame Dave, no Dolly bus to look forward to. Could we get Andy to organise group 'eye sight testing' trips first, apparently it's ok to do that ahead of a long trip....

    With Covid rates as they are within Bradford and sporting events one of the last to be allowed under lockdown, even if sporting events were allowed to be attended Bradford in its current state would probably miss the cut.

    There is a real possibility that some places would be allowed spectators whilst some wouldn't.

    If you took figures as per today, Harrogate Town and Barrow could allow spectators, where as Bradford and Oldham would be exempt.

    Diamond League Athletics in Monaco had a 5000 limit for a 16000 stadium. They all seemed to have masks on.

    The Final of the World Snooker Championships had 1/3rd capacity - no masks on in seats but required for moving around in the building.

    As nice as that is, Bradford is already two steps behind the rest of England by not even having gyms open, we are a long way from being at a stage where football stadium are opening up, even if everywhere else in the country was to be allowed.

    I know we cannot take this as the absolute barometer. But the poll suggests 59% want to go back and 41% for various reason dont ?. Like to bet the split being nearer 50:50 ? But turn 59:41 into season ticket sales based on 19/20 sales and it works out around 8250 which might suggest that most season ticket holders might be accomodated for most home games ?

    It has been mentioned on here before that only a very small percentage of City fans post on here,and that any poll could produce a vastly different result to what actually happens.It's a case of wait and see in this instance,there are so many factors at play in this situation.

    I just don't see 7000 fans been allowed back in VP until at least the Spring. October only a few weeks away, I would imagine we are nowhere near to being given the go ahead by the Government to allow a sizeable, if any, football fans back to watch live football
