Hope City have some money to spend on the stadium because reading that its not going to be as straight forward as saying yeah come back in everyone.

City will have to upgrade all the toliets.
Have one way system in and out.

It's not going to be easy for us.

You've changed your tune now you've thought about it some more. Previously it was a simple matter of stopping the likes of Bronco and Park and the other over 70's from watching the games and everybody else could get on with it. But now you've at last realised that it's not quite as simple as that. The social distancing rules/guidelines will prevail.

It's a bit of a poor show if the club only upgrade the toilets to get around Covid rules, they should be basics with regards hygiene.

Pleased to say I was right about being back in my seat by October. But that said; times moved on and my desire to watch live bottom rung football has petered out somewhat. Would have to see what Sparky & Co come up with in terms of "value for money" for me to buy in for a full season. Would be first time since 95/96 if I didnt buy one . But one option I would welcome is being able to "put my season ticket on ice" for 20/21 ? This would be a good way for the club to gain more free social distance space if fans did this .

It would get some of us out of what is shaping up to be a disjointed 20/21 campaign on and off the field. Only proviso I might put in is that I am free to "reclaim my seat" for big games; play-offs and Wembley Finals. But not expecting it will come to that.

Just keep an eye on what is happening in Oz and the southern hemisphere.

    Why?

Because it is their winter time and Oz had the virus nailed down only for it to flare up and lockdowns imposed again.
October should be fine but Nov/Dec/Jan a place like Bradford, you just know what can happen.

    No, tune changed.

Ok, a number of things before we all get excited.

October is 3-4 months away and we will be in to our winter. The government a sound biting for the events industry. If they were then fans would be allowed back now. Why October?

I doubt we will be back in our seats come October as more than likely in a second wave and what the government are wanting to do will cost Div 2 a load of money.

As for not allowing the likes of Bronco and Park in the ground. They won't. Clubs won't come out and say no over 70's. It will be a small capacity allowed back and I doubt anyone over 70 will first be allowed into grounds.

A couple of Danish games for you. I gather they've been increasing limits bit by bit. Every other seat but not entire ground sold so around 30%? No masks. Seem to leave as normal.

The population of Yorkshire is almost the same as Denmark

Sorry that should have been West Yorkshire, so half the population, and only 3 football teams

I would be up for wearing masks if it helped allow more people to attend

Testing is quite variable - Danish testing has fallen 1/3rd in two weeks. UK hit rate on testing is about 0.4% and Denmark about 0.3% - suggesting not much difference. But are they testing the same sorts of people?

Testing to get fans back in now cancelled.

Tell you we won't have fans returning this year

Massive backwards step today. Trial at crucible has now been cancelled with fans in there today but can’t return tomorrow. Another trial scheduled for tomorrow at Goodwood now cancelled.

Get that ifollow sorted. Only way we will see footy this calendar year
