Our NHS is a touchy subject without doubt, but we except treatment free at the point of service, yet when I attend an appointment which you tend to do as you get older you read the digital notice board that tells you X amount of appointments weren't atteded by patients these figures weren't the odd dozen or so but in the hundreds. Maybe if these peple who take our NHS for granted had to pay for a missed appointment they would treat it with more respect.
I believe as a child if you wanted a home visit by your doctor you actually paid him for attending.

Talking of private companies involvement within our NHS, until mum was being brought back to her care home in an ambulance I was not aware they are run by a private company according to the driver.

I agree, £10 for doctors appointment is good value and would add quite a bit to the NHS fund....

What when some cant afford tooth paste, even without a £10 appointment fee for me if you get a doctors appointment and don't contact the surgery to let them know of your none attendance then it is a £10 fine.
You have to ask are these missed appointment by the same patients, at my practice you don't get an appointment you get a doctor ringing you back and having a conversation over the phone, I believe its called triage.
It's certainly not the one to one you had many years ago with you doctor where you walked in and he/she who ask you about your past condition before you even spoke to them about why you was attending, even with your medical records on the computer screen in front of them they ask questions like what medication are you on, really doctor.

I don't trust Boris, but I trust him more than the Labour front bench. Angela Rayner in charge of Education, Dianne Abbott in charge of the Home Office, John McDonnell in charge of the finances, Richard Burgon in charge of Justice, Long-Bailey in charge of Business the woman who openly said on TV that the EU don't want No Deal so we will take it off the table. The reason these losers have such high positions is because the rest of the labour party refuse to serve in such a role under Corbyn. If Labour MPs don't have confidence in their leader then why should we?

There's nothing wrong with looking out for your own family, nothing at all. I'd like a society that looks after everyone and strives for equality for all.

But there is opportunity for everyone to go and succeed under this government Hoochy... I lost my parents and grandparents at a young age and had to grow up very quickly. I had to learn to run a house with a poorly paid job, I'm now in a good job and doing well.

Anybody can do it with some application and become comfortable. I don't see anything wrong with the current opportunities for people to succeed.

Could have ended that post after 4 words tbh.
On your second point, more than 40 Tory / former Tory MPs have stood down at this election including Johnson's own brother, so clearly they don't trust him either.

Labours own MP's passed a vote of no confidence in him with only 40 supporting him. That's why his shadow cabinet is from a shitpool of MPs as that is all he has to chose. Isn't Naz Shah junior shadow minister even after being suspended for Antisemitism.

In some polls the Tories are way out in front, and this is from one of the worst government in living memory. If Labour had a different leader, a proper front bench and weren't puppets to momentum, they would win by a landslide.

Do you trust a man who has challenged the lack of democracy within Brussels yet until his recent "brexit neutral" comment was very much anti EU, you have to question a leader of a great party like Labour who says he's neutral on the biggest thing that has divided our Nation for the last three and a half years.
I detest Jo Swinson for her stance on one of the biggest turn outs and results in a one off referendum vote, how she can call herself a Liberal/Demarcate is a joke, Liberal they may be but certainly not democrats, like it or not it is part of a manifesto the Liberals are standing on.
Corbyn has mixed and supported people that make most peoples stomach churn, he recently stood up for Hugo Chávez and praised his election win , everyone has a past and Jeremy Corbyn's hardly lillywhite.
With regards party leaders in general it shows how far we have fallen with the likes of the above, Boris, Jeremy and Jo, I wouldn't cross the road to meet any of them, politically were as low as we can get.

That goes without saying that you would given your politics, still very telling though that even the most hardline Tories on here don't trust their own party leader.
