But you're talking about a clubs budget aren't you? Players will always follow money it's just the way it is. That doesn't mean that they are deciding to play their football at a bigger club does it? Clubs may have bigger budgets but you can't replicate the history of a football club or the fan base.

I'm not arguing about players going for more money as it's a given, but you can't say x club is bigger than y because it has a bigger budget.

Me too. Also, many people still don't get that academic ability is not directly related to intelligence. Some of the most stupid and 'thick' people I've met were highly qualified in a given subject, yet fail miserably in everyday living and tasks.

I can’t say I am happy with those stats Roger, still feeling depressed after yesterday, I know it has been coming, but so hard after doing very well in league 1, and we were just a whisker away from the Championship. I know one thing, there's no way on God's green earth that the majority of the present squad will be troubling the upper reaches of Division 2 next season. There'll need to be a significant overhaul of players for anything like a promotion push. In fact, I'd go as far as saying that if there isn't then there's more chance of them getting out of the division via the trapdoor than the loft ladder. I've seen more fight in a dirty dish cloth.
