All of this speculation on a lad who is our second best goal scorer on whether he will play for us due to some mythical fall out with Hughes. If we have given a 3 year contract to a lad who has hardly played, what does that say about our recruitment?

I think we're ok at the tip. Chapman definitely needs to up his output but we've got Walker, Eisa, Pereria and even the new lad from West Ham who can play there. It's the two behind who I think we need to upgrade.

If we'd have said at the start of the season that our central midfield pairing would be Gillead and Sutton we'd have been predicting a season of mediocrity at best.

Yep, very frustrated with the current situation. With the budget we've clearly been given I just think we should be doing much, much better and I'm dreading having to spend yet another season in this god awful division.

 

I think were destined for the playoffs, which is frustrating in itself

We really need that third spot, but whenever we get anywhere near the boys burst into nose bleeds and faint at the thought of achieving something

Yes I agree. However, we have to develop the lad or he will go backwards. It destroys their confidence not playing. So I am glad he will get game time at Barrow but if he does well we will have given Barrow a rival a leg up. It depends how the season goes from here on in.
