Isn’t it the bloke who saw him later that week that made it up? The bloke that saw him at Barnard Castle also broke the rules by travelling to collect his daughter who had been isolating at her boyfriends.

 

the only rule any police force seem to be convinced he has breached is for the Barnard Castle drive. This all seems excessive for some thing that carries a £60 fine

 

The reply at the press conference should have been, I did what I did at the time in the best interest of my family, so if people feel I have done wrong then I apologise.
With an apology it would have been a seven day wonder, unfortunatly for Cummings now it won't go away and every chance the media get to resurrect it they will, looking at the man I'm not sure he cares.

This present situation is straight out of Monty Pythons, the world is in the grip of something I've not experianced in my 70+ years, the vast majority of countries in the worlds economies are being trashed with little governments can do with taking a calculated gamble and all the media can talk about is Dominic f#####g Cummings.
I hope the guy offers his resignation today then when we all wake up in the morning this nightmare will be over......won't it....meh.

 

The care home situation without doubt is scandless unfortunatly they are mostly privately run business and expensive, I know from experiance mum being in care with dementia for many years, surely in some cases the privately owned homes have to take some responsibility?.

 

I'd usually be able to tell you what flowers were on it but I'm not sure I've seen those before.
