Hospital Admissions going up every week with around 15% of all beds now taken with covid cases, This with around 500 deaths a week reported means this is not over,

 

1 in 3 people with Covid in hospital are actually there because Covid is the issue. The other 2 have simply caught covid but are there for something else. I wouldn't be surprised if they actually caught the dam thing whilst they were in hospital as the hospital would delay their treatment if they had tested positive before being admitted.

500 deaths a week? According to the BBC we will see 10,000 deaths for hot weather in the next 2 days.

I won't be jumping through any hoops to "protect the NHS" going forward.

 

Everyone individual should be doing their best not to be a burden on the NHS, shame on you.

 

I've been to the gym 4 times in the last week, done about 50 miles on my bike. I don't smoke, so give over with that bullshit trying to shame me. I wonder if those who have McDonalds 4 times a week spare a thought for the NHS.

 

So you're contradicting your original post you're doing everything you can not to be a burden on the NHS by keeping yourself fit and healthy ?.

 

No my original post was fairly clear that I won't be going through any of the madness of the last two years again and for me Covid is over. Other people are free to do what they want, if they want more booster shots, wear masks, social distance, etc then fine, knock yourself out. For me it's done.

I do exercise for my own wellbeing. I don't want to be 20 stone getting out of breath walking to the fridge.

 

The NHS is a government body that is there to serve us, not for the public to look after it.

Over for me too, haven't heard anyone speak about it for months at work, in social settings, around family & friends etc. I had it about 3/4 months ago and I only did the test because my partner tested positive following routine testing for work, neither of us had any symptoms, felt completely fine and carried on. Haven't tested since and won't test again. I don't need a piece of plastic to tell me if I'm ill or not.

There's only a tiny percentage of people now who are paying any sort of attention to it. Can probably count them on your hands from this forum, the people who seem to be still obsessing over it. I feel a bit sorry for them if I'm honest, but if that's how they want to live their lives, in fear, that's their choice.

 

Only reason I am interesting is because it effects my day to day life and how I work, what we can do and what restrictions are placed on my team
