Last year it was mentioned a lot, but they forgot the need for a gelling agent. Therefore the team just resembled a slightly viscous but ultimately, useless puddle.

Pretty much agree with that assessment. Couldn't work out who the Jamie Lawrence look-a-like at CB was. Some decent blocks but he doesn't have an ounce of fat on him.

Vaughan and Donaldson bought tons of fouls today in dangerous areas. Once Palmer gets his range-was a bit off today with his free kicks- we have another genuine goal threat.

Really enjoyable watch this afteroon. World away from the negativity of 12 weeks ago ?. The Don -Vaughny - Scannell surely will tear this league up . Must be 50 goals in tbose three players !? We had the best of the game for me against a lower Championship side. Thought Richards-Ev was commanding and the front three played it using the experience they have. We should benefit more than a few times with the ball into The Dons feet then its all "dancing on ice" incomes bungling defender and down he goes. Skipper Vaughny slotting the pen !. Found my eyes on the front three so the midfield was kinda of overlooked. Palmer was less prominent and Gibson slightly more isolated on the left in a 4-4-2. Feel Gibson is best further inside ?
But lots to be enthisiastic about; bit of a soft equaliser ? But not complaining at 1-1. The French lad at the back second half was quick into tackles and did ok. Also Nowty Nowty didnt look amiss in centre mid.

Lots to feel optimistic about.
