They have had to put in a effort again , or they won`t get a deal at an other club this summer .

It's a shame we didn't carry the "dumb" rating across. Your post would have been a prime candidate to test it out on.

Actually, I increasingly thing that Wyke is hard to 'pigeon hole' as a striker as he's a true all rounder, heading, touch and finishing are all 7 or 8 out of 10, but arguably he's not got an outstanding attribute. This then leads to questions about what does he do well!!

But this 'all round play' is no bad thing as it makes him adaptable and in fairness he's played well with players like Clarke and Taylor, i.e. as a bit of a lone striker and clearly is good now he's the 'No.10'. And in fairness it's what the best strikers in the business have

I think he's very good. Last night he was always involved and his touch and passing ability is grossly under-rated by some, which actually is vital in modern football. You see the difference between him and Brunker in this aspect, it's like they are divisions apart in this

You clearly either don't attend the matches or are watching a different player. Technically, there is absolutely wrong with him. Pace could be better - but it doesn't stop Harry Kane thriving, illustrating that been the fastest isn't everything. What he needs to do, is start working on shooting from outside the box - that's the only thing I can criticise

Given that he was in L2 16 months, he's been a success. All fans should be pleased with what we purchased, but yes he can always improve

I'd prefer not to reply to you at all, you seem to still carry your dislike for me ftom C&B.
I don't have a problem with that, you obviously enjoy reading and being educated with regards to Bradford City and football matters in general.
    Enjoy your day @NorthernMonkey@NorthernMonkey :)

After a very poor spell like the team as a whole he is playing much better. I think a lot is due to Kai taking up some of the work load maybe Charlie is better suited playing off a big man than being that man

Can't disagree with most of that and I was just having a bit of a laugh with my post.

I'm not saying Kai will become a great target man, but to compare him with Charlie Wyke at this stage of his career is a little unfair IMO, Charlie having almost 200 gamed as a profesional under his belt, Kai is a rookie by comparison, I was critical of the lad when he was first introduced by Stuart but he's looked better with every game.
He obviously enjoys the physical side of the game and does take alot of the donkey work off Charlie's shoulders, it was noticeable at Rochdale and again last night, Charlie was giving the kid advice on where to be and generaly giving Kai encouragement which is great to see.

I don't dislike you at all. I'm just pulling up your post seemingly suggesting that we'd be better off with James Hanson than Charlie Wyke.

Given we don't need the benefit of hindsight now, it was stupid in the extreme and required challenging in.

Please don't assume you're that important that I'm following you around a new (or in fact the old board), I'm just replying to a post I found ridiculous. Although it's provably not a coincidence a lot of them seem to have been made by you.

Oh I like Kai. He's the one who's reminded the other sulkers, just what it means to be playing even at this level. And yes, if he improves at the same rate during the next three months - we will have a very good player on our books

Clearly Charlie likes having this new found room to move - good that he's seen it gives him a better chance of doing his job well and even better he's grateful for Kai

Another decent striker and we'd be OK next season. The creativity element is the next thing. Pleased with the subtle improvements in Gilly. Purchase from Newcastle? Not sure

Need to be doing better than Gilliead for me. Good dribbler but absolutely no end product.

Gilliead is stil learning his trade but what I do like about the lad is his direct approach seveal times last night he got the ball in our half and got forward, his end product might not allways be the best bit I do like his willingness to get at the ful backs.

Agree with most of that, Kai is improving and slowly showing that he could be a steady League 1/2 player. From his 1st game to now he's improved so much and just looks to enjoy playing football, more cynical fans will say he looks like he's stealing a living but I think that's far from what it is. Give me Kia over Poleon any day of the week.

Just how do you come to that conclusion from this post ?.

"To be fair without getting into the Hanson debate again Charlie has never carried that presence, he gets bullied far to often IMO, and unfortunately he does not have the pace to change his game".

I am making a comparison with the physical side of Charlies game compared to Hanson's, nothing more, but as I say you see me post regarding anything comment about Hanson and take the post completely out of context.

Talk about jumping in two footed.

Better than Gilliead. Scored more goals from less minutes.
