Forget the party system, If you supported Brexit then vote for the candidate who supported it as well, If you voted remain then do the same, If the politicians can forget party loyalties then so should the voters

Indeed. It seems that the biggest mistake those who voted leave made, was to elect remainers to deliver what they voted for in the referendum.

As I said in June last year.

IMO the EU are bluffing about no deal. The debt situation between Germany and France and Italy is such that they are desperate for the UK to have a deal if not remain.

Pretty certain we won't get to No Deal. See if I'm right ..

Allied to not having a clear decision as to what Brexit was, before triggering Article 50.

A great point which i’ve been in agreement all along. They EU are desperate for us to remain, or as we should say Germany are desperate for us to stay.

I don't think there will be a No Deal either. It's a farce now with a real prospect of never leaving but with the UK's status & influence diminished from pre-brexit!

I believe both Labour and the Conservatives had it in their manifesto's that they would support the outcome of the referendum, where as the Lib/Dems didn't.
Easy to say they would carry out the electorates decision when they never thought for a minute the electorate would give them a kick in the nad's.

    Happy Brexit day.
It could have al been avoided with a bit of compromise. But I willing to bet now that either Brexit won’t happen or at least not as right wingers want.

EU elections will be coming up, how much the EU establishment suffer will be revealed, it is not just the UK that has difficulties at the moment.
Looking likely we have to vote as well, so if you are a remainer vote for a party that wants to stay and if you are a leaver, vote for a party that will leave- which will exclude the tories and labour.
An election on their failure to sort out the future the past 3 years.

It not difficult to understand what this voting paper says.............leave the European Union, now that option suggest to me to actually do that you have to leave the EU single market and the customs union because if you stay in the customs union you have to abide by the decisions the other 27 countries make without any input from the UK, that is the reason we can't stay in it.
Let's see if the EU can be taken at their word when May goes back and asks for a further extension to try and get a deal with MPs, here's one guy who says he won't allow an extension, which seems rather strange as he said it before May asked for the latest extension.

Guy Verhofstadt says I'm against any extension of one day one week even 24 hours, yet he didn't veto the extension, remember it has to be voted through by all 27 EU member states.

They really do not want to extend the deal so that the UK has to have EU elections, what an embarrassment to send UKIP back in numbers to argue everything put forward by the mandarins of the European Commission.

I voted to Leave because staying in would be much better for business. However being a democrat I accepted the result.
Now 2 years of negotiations have been concluded and a set of right wing little Englanders won’t compromise and as usual the Irish throw a spanner In ther works.
Now those that wanted Brexit most are going to lose out and only have themselves to blame

How are the electorate to blame, what is on offer is a bad deal nothing what so ever to do with your childish comment, as has been said many times in the debates prior to the voting on Mays deal, why would a sovereign country vote to be in a deal that they have no control over.
It's a one sided deal surely even you can understand that ?.

Please explain this comment as I really think you even have that wrong "I voted to Leave because staying in would be much better for business. However being a democrat I accepted the result.
Surely that should read I voted "Remain" because staying in would be much better for business. However being a democrat I accepted the result.

We have a ready market in Europe and we are doing OK. Like it or not we are European. Ask business leaders want and most of them will tell you they would prefer to remain.
I understand people’s concern over immigration but things have moved on a lot and many are returning home to improving economies in Eastern Europe and those that remain take jobs that our people won’t touch. The little Englanders I refer to are a rump of Conservative MPs who won’t compromise well now they will get a version of Brexit they like a lot less or. It at all.

That's all well and good but neither you or any MP so far has given a clear indication that the leave offered, is not the leave we are going to get.
The Labour party will get a rude awakening come the next General Election, I honestly don't understand why they are in such a rush to very likely poll less MPs that they presently have, Corbyn has more faces than Big Ben, very much anti EU most of his political life and you'd think hearing him he was a staunch remainer.
Did you work out if you voted leave or remain, for the reasons you given above, " because staying in would be much better for business" ;).

I think you underestimate how the country’s mood has changed. All opinion polls show a big majority now favour remaining I could see the Tories obliterated in London and I don’t think labour supporters in the north voting Tory. A lot will depend who will be the new Tory leader
