The players have completely downed tools or are out of their depth. It's a shambles.

Alexander had momentum after the Wexham game, His selections in the last three games are baffling and on him.
The treatment of Pointon is shocking

I want to see Wadsworth, Jeffreys and Pointon all start on Sat.

Nothing to lose and time for GA to make a point.

Surely Rupp must be taking closer interest after Sat. Surely he’s seen that dead crowd tonight. He’s been duped……again…..by his mug CEO who has made another dire managerial appt. Clear the decks, now

im amazed nothing has been organised. I’d be there in a flash. For me protests are now the only way to get change. If Rupp won’t leave then fine but to keep Sparks as CEO is now nothing but negligence. I’m hoping tonight is finally the straw that breaks the camels back and the fans come together to force Rupp to act.

Spot on and if folk do try to get something going then they are mocked for doing so.

We should have been well done the line of mass protests a couple of montbs ago bit a couple of wins and all is forgotten:(

This will be my 37th year going and now due to two men it will be my last.

This club is on its arse a fooking sham of a club and yet folk are halpy for this to go on :(

Crowley started.off poorly, didn't want to get involved in the first 10 minutes but after that was a level above. We have the most painful pitiful central midfield in the division, Mansfield fans commented at the weekend how slow and ponderous we are in the middle of the park. How many times over the past three games have we been caught on the break, or been second to a bouncing ball or in Smallwoods case late to the tackle cos he's slo slow. I actually thought we were worse tonight than Saturday, Mansfield are a very good side but County were there for the taking. In the end we made them look like automatic promotion contenders.

The only protests should be lawful ones such as to turn up in massive numbers but stay outside the ground peacefully. It would generate publicity. Or arrange a co-ordinated and prolonged "Sparks Out" chant on a set time (Rupp out would be no good as he won't be there) This allows a protest without breaking the law (which pitch invasions, tennis balls etc would).

Letters & E-mails will be ignored.

I actually wouldn't be surprised if he didn't turn up for the next home match, because he has no bottle.

I agree and I think we should keep Gilly on the left but I'd much rather see someone like Pointon playing alongside McDonald than shoe horning Stubbs in there again.

Pointon and McDonald could be an excellent pairing.

Really? He's as ineffective going forward as he ever was and there's a reason he's now dropped into the defence.

My original point, so that it doesn't get twisted, was that Smallwood and Gillead are nowhere near good enough as a central 2 because neither one offers us enough goal threat or creativity and absolutely nothing I've seen this season has made me change my mind.

Overall Ridalghe has done well for us as a fullback. He is now being asked to play Wingback which he definitely isn’t. But he is coming to the end of a decent career

    No chance.
Whilst I'll support the team from a distance I ain't stepping foot inside VP until there is a new regime in place.
A few good results doesn't sway me.
Boycotting is the only way to achieve change in our corridors of power.
