Right or wrong, this happens at every single club at every level up and down the country. Some fans like to taunt players etc, other fans don't. That's football, that's life. We aren't unique

Neil Harris is nothing more than a c**t

Didn't seem to be a problem with the last cheap ticket promo. Was it Colchester game?

As much as I like incentives to encourage the more "fair-weather" supporters and fill the stadium, I really wish the club would have just sold tickets for this game for a fiver, regardless of whether you have bought a ST for next season. It seemed to work fine when we did it earlier in the season

It is just a hassle for ST holders! :joy:. I now have my mate who wants to go, plus some in-laws who want to take their kid for the first time but it is me who has to either go to the ticket office (which I don't have time to do) or buy it online for them, which then incurs a web fee per ticket. Can I really be arsed? Not especially but I will

    I
I don't get this"his first touch let's him down, but he's young and will learn " business, controlling a football should be the first thing you learn, and if you can't do it,then should not be playing as a professional.

If we miss out this season we may look back at Tyrieks departure as a pivotal moment. He was looking a dangerous attacking option when he left. It’s a shame we couldn’t have held onto him until the end of the season as he can’t even get onto the bench at Plymouth at present.

Just another example of a player being ill advised by his agent.
If Plymouth go up we might have a chance of getting him back on loan, especially if we go up too.

Nevers is awful. He’s even worse than Costelloe.

I think I would prefer to play Northampton over a mid table side, all this rubbish about these teams being on the beach is nonsense.

Northampton will be very nervy next week knowing a win promotes them. We need to get at them like Gills did to us today. None of this sitting back nonsense

That comment says it all, every corner Gillingham took today were excellent and caused us problems, I hear fans saying Lewis was boxed in but could you imagine Pickford in those situations he'd took his Captain out breaking his shoulder in doing so, sorry guys 6'3" you have to command your box.

Lewis looked as uncomfortable as I’ve seen him all season from their corner tactics. He still made 3 very good saves but gillingham blocked him off coming for corners.

Bringing an extra centre half on was supposed to help deal with them slinging the ball in the box.

I didn’t understand the time added on being 8 minutes but nevertheless deal with it.

however the root of this draw was in our abject start to the game. We were lucky they weren’t out of sight and a combination of them being first to everything and our inability to execute our short dead ball routine lead unnecessary jitters in the crowd.

city deserve great credit for their second half performance which was night and day to the first. Gilleard was driving us, banks and cook were excellent.
But I always feel we are susceptible to chucking it away late on.
Today was a very costly result.
Hopefully our second half team performance is delivered at Northampton.

The one thing none of us know is when Rupp wants his loan repaying. He loaned the club £1.7mill a couple of years ago and none of it has been repaid so far. Despite the extra commercial income coming into the club, the good response from next season's ST sales, etc, it may be that failing to gain promotion this season in addition to a similar failure last season provides the excuse/reason to have the loan repaid. If that does happen, there will inevitably be an impact on the playing budget from finding the cash to repay some or all of the loan.

We'll know better once the summer transfer window opens and the clear out begins.

What a grim day. Walking down Midland Road after the game was like a scene from some weird American sci-fi movie from the fifties where a city has to be evacuated to escape an alien attack. Hundreds of people trudging along in complete silence.

I didn't realise i needed a qualification to pose a question. Its this sort of post that pisses me off most on any sort of forum, you might as well just do away with debate on forums as clearly i don't have UEFA A licence on football coaching and management. Don't forget folk, if you want to post anything on here that may be interpreted as any way negative then get your certificates at the ready.
    Jesus wept.

Nevers is appalling, we are effectively playing with 10 men. I know Dion has not been great but he should have started today.

Was surprised he and Crich started after their poor showings at Swindon. Both were weak links today again

Itv news have just said Wrexham have won promotion back to 'football's big time'. I don't feel quite so bad about another year in league 2 now, I hadn't realised the heady heights we are playing at.
