    Wonder if it will be a quick one, or long and drawn out. And if not quick who is funding it as they haven't paid players for two months so not sure how they will be funding the administrator

    What a shame a club with their history have come to this, the Football League need to get their act together with their fit and proper owners rule.

    I don't know mate @Storck@Storck says that's how it works, if so surely the FL will know all transfer business and costs etc, why not point out they can't sign anyone else or they are in conflict with FFP ?, I don't keep up with stuff like that I leave it to the exerts.

    As long as they stay within the rules they can not stop them. Unfortunately there are no rules for spending outside of the footballing side, or making a certain amount of loss. Which one depends on which league they are in.

    Bolton players back on strike, not been paid for 20 weeks; next pre-season friendly has been postponed. Also, takeover teetering on the brink of collapse, with no sign of an imminent deal to bring the Club out of Admin.

    The feeling, amongst Bolton fans, seems to be that they will come out of Admin, with new owners, but not for several weeks, by which time they may not have a chance to put together a competitive squad and, with at least a 12 point deficit to start the season, their fans feel another relegation is inevitable.

    I notice that Sky Sports is scheduled to show the Bolton v Bury match live in September. They really know which games to choose don't they.
