Imagine if the same ruling applied on Bantam Talk ?
There'll always be someone offended about something .

Schitt !! There'd be no posters left, but the naughty steps would be packed out !! (Banned)

That's just a sweeping generalisation. I know plenty of muslims who are opening minded enough to be fully accepting of LGBT people and at the same time i have known plenty of white british people who aren't accepting. The attack on the 2 women on a bus in London wasn't done by muslims.

This isn't to do with being PC or any of this 'snowflake' rubbish but saying things like 'go back to where they came from' when many of them were born in this country is just racist or bigoted and shouldn't be associated with sports club where they are meant to be inclusive.

Has anyone looked at the posts that he has shared? Are they anti burka or anti-Muslim?

It's not important to look at what was actually said.

We can all form our opinions without stopping to the facts.

Think club took them back under the umberella of BCAFC for this coming sason, but ostensibly it is run by volunteers.

The BCAFC though are asking for £15k a year to sponsor the Womens teams, in the sponsorship brochure. Then really the Chairperson of said venture should really have been checked out me-thinks.

"Several make reference to banning the Burka from Britain, while others claim that Muslims should 'adhere to our laws' and leave if they don't like it."

Why would need to know more than that, it's clear enough is it not?

Not when you're discussing a technical issue, no.

Second hand information passed by someone paraphrasing isn't a good measure at all. I would have thought any intelligent person would recognise that.

Are female players allowed to wear them when playing? Interested to know (and how FIFA got the law passed if they're not).
Some countries they don't even allow the women to play football.

Unfortunately for this chap, he needs to keep his opinions - whatever they are - to himself in the public eye, cos someone is bound to get offended if his opinion differs from theirs. Were these comments recent, or have they been dug up and he's being retrospectively hung out to dry?

I don’t think any headwear is allowed unless it’s for someone’s health (I. E Cech), I know snoods are banned so expect anything that could get wrapped around a persons neck to be banned.

Amazes me that in 2019 we still tolerate these mumbo jumbo religious beliefs. If religion was spawned tomorrow it would be laughed off the face of the earth - Science wins every single time and dispels every myth. It is absolutely bizarre...

That said, would banning the Burka be such a bad thing? For security and safety reasons it is quite a dangerous garment to accept in western society. I would fathom a guess that a lot of those who wear it do not choose to do so either....

it would be a great way to play a ringer in a game, sent off one week, stick a burka on the next. Everyones a winner.

    Okay fine.

Show me the side that makes me think "actually, I've got the wrong end of the stick here". For clarity, here's the quote:

" while others claim that Muslims should 'adhere to our laws' and leave if they don't like it."

Give me example of something he could say that matches the above description but is also socially acceptable?

What alternative are you seeing that I'm not?
