Would play cook on Saturday instead of Rowe ,against his former club he is more mobile than Rowe which isn’t saying much as Rowe just walks everywhere ,he has great feet but everything literally has to be straight to him.hopefully Rowe will be up for Tuesday against mansfield

I'm with you Cook to start with Cranshaw out wide, at the experience of Evans.

 

I’d like to see Vernam on his natural left side with Crankshaw as you say, let’s see what these pacey lads can do to them.

 

Like Bobby Campbell he couldn’t run be he knew were the net was ,like rowe

 

Whilst I really like Crankshaw I wouldn’t leave Evans out for an away match

 

Who will be on bench Saturday ,where is the lad from Middlesbrough surely he’s worth a place on bench

I'd leave Evans out for any match.
He has s soft underbelly, pulls out of tackles and IMO offers very little, and yes I do know he scored 2 at Sarfend.
Doesn't have much pace and Vernam and Crankshaw both offer more.

 

We will have to agree to differ on that.

 

Playing Cook in preference to Rowe I think you have to have a dedicated wide man, who knows what starting 11 T&S will go with it's going to difficult but what a great position to be in.

 

Please get it in to your head that this club was failing. Yes T & S have done a job but we shouldn't be in the position we even find ourselves today.

So not everyone believes at the minute but everyone is more upbeat which is great.

 

I’m sure Cook will be up front on Saturday against his old club Walsall and then that will save Rowe for Mansfield, as Cook isn’t allowed to play against Mansfield as he’s on loan to us from them.

I have standards and currently even though we are on a great run, things looking up in my mind we are not where we should be. Getting closer I admit.

 

Or does Rowe need game time after his illness...?

 

I like the majority thought that Rowe was great business and someone we have been missing but I have got to admit he looks knackered before he even plays at present. Don't know if its the illness he has had or that is genuinely how he plays. You look at Cook on the other hand and he is hustling and bustling the defenders all the time. On current form and with the formation we play Cook starts ahead of Rowe.
