What’s happening with Gareth Evans? I was expecting bigger things from him and thought he’d hit the ground running.

 

Not sure he's 100% fit yet or should I say I hope that's the case, he should be having more influence on games he's played.

I always though he looked quite quick but not the most gifted on the ball.

To be fair to him he is coming back from injuries and appeared to be working his socks off yesterday. I think his influence could be a key asset.

I've quit jobs I clearly can't do because I'd have ended up getting sacked anyway. He's also spent his entire career on a shitload more money than I could ever dream of, so I find being asked to have sympathy for the financial situation of someone who earns in a week what I would in a month a bit ridiculous. we all have bills to pay and loads of us manage it just fine without being professional footballers.
