Shit so far, same as last week

 

We are crap. Lots of boring negative sideways and back passing. Add sloppy passing to that as well. We look a really poor side. They look creative and will create chances. We are just Awful.

 

The Bowyer love in needs to stop. Even Simon Parker is having a dig at the tactics. Utter garbage.

 

Hanging on to get in at half time on level terms with Grimsby - kill me now!

 

The biggest issue for me is our distribution. So many wayward passes. We’re unable to build any sort of momentum or pressure because we just give the ball away every time we come forward. The issue with the system is that our CBs are reluctant to pass into midfield so we just play it wide to the fullbacks and then boot it. A few times we’ve had Palmers free in the centre circle and they’ve opted to pass wide when we really we want to get it into Palmer on the turn so he can move us forward.

 

Predicted it mate. Said I couldn’t see any/many changes. The guy clearly thinks it’s worth persevering with.... even though Stevie Wonder could see it didn’t work last week

 

Get in. The first time we’ve put 4 or 5 passes together and put in a decent delivery. There you go Bowyer - give the front 2 service and they’ll get goals!!!

 

Only real positive to take from these last two games is it must surely underline to Bowyer, Rhodes and Rupp that more investment is needed if we want a top 7 challenge

 

Why does Devine make sense. Done norhing for 2 years, and not good enough.

Im with Fordy, puzzling that Anderson and Devine were offered contracts. Even more puzzling that we are allowing Colville to mess us about for 3 months

 

You actually think our midfield is good enough?

 

If Hopkin had picked that first half team and sevred up that garbage i’d have given him both barrels. Utter rubbish because players are out of position. I’d kinda forgot how bad league 2 football was, now i remember.

 

If he plays the same team, I’ll be pissed off

 

Maybe a midfield solution is already in house, until we sign someone, play Anthony O’Connor in midfield, he’s certainly not shy of a challenge or getting stuck in, can pass reasonably well. Ok not everyone’s cup of tea, but moving on from last season he seems to have a better mindset. Paudie O’Connor back to centre half

 

AS Dime says, until we DO sign someone, he's probably our best available option.

 

Hopefully we will start winning some games? We should demand winning games not hope. Bowyer is dreadful, just how far have we dropped when fans hope we will some games. Deary me.

I don’t think I’ve ever been referred to as someone who talks sense, let alone knowing my onions.

That said, I do know a wild onion that has close relatives including the garlic, leek, chive, and Chinese onion. But that’s shallot

 

Henley has played in central midfield before I believe. Dont know much about Ismail but again I believe he can play either side. What it really needs is a couple of quality midfielders bringing in, as well as a left winger. Been saying it for weeks. I'd rather any of those in there than Anderson.

 

With Gibson behind them not retreating back into his own half to play the quarterback role. Hes the most agile, tricky midfielder we have at the moment. Utilize him

 

They're not wrong, they expected more from a Bradford side and so did i. Although they seemed quite excited by yesterdays turd that was served up so their expectation levels are way lower than what mine are.
