    Cant argue with your description. But it does support my argument that Teflon was not a thought out, we have a strategy, appointment.

    It actually supports your and my argument that we do not have a strategic vision or a plan to get us to wherever it is they want us to be and have no idea where we are going as a company.

    You are not arguing against me. Everything you say is supporting my general point.

    The board, execs do set the strategic direction and goals but they don't tell you what systems you may need in IT or what resource skill set you need to achieve those. That goes down to the functional areas who build out their plan to deliver on the overall goals.

    We can debate this constantly but ultimately I see no evidence that the Board have set the strategy and goals or even if they had that Teflon has demonstrated at any time that he has the management skills to deliver.

    I agree. I think the choice of McCall was largely on the basis of it 'uniting the fan base'. And he was available, and probably not expensive. He also doesn't rock the boat 'upstairs'. Look at how long he tolerated Rahic.

    Ah, two days til kick off, and on the back of a five nil drubbing, a score draw which left us with two suspended and one injured, and we still haven’t got anybody new in.

    Why am I not suprised.
