    McCall has rejected interest from other clubs enquiring about Guthrie.

    McCall is either lost the plot or he has really seen something in training from him that he hid from us in the 2 games played for us.

    Would you get rid if clubs were willing to take him, and look to bring in your own player if you were manager? We are talking about a player who was struggling to get a game with the worst team in the football league prior to our strange move for him

    Stuart and Kenny haven't lost the plot.
    Guthrie as obviously turned up for pre season with a positive attitude and want's to be at the club unlike a certain someone.
    Good Luck to him hope he proves the doubters out there wrong.

    McCall moaned a few weeks ago that he had inherited 4 strikers that were the same. He has got rid of the best one, he has had a chance to get rid of another, yet because he has shown a good attitude, he is going to keep him, rather than free up more wages and look to bring in a different type of striker he moaned we lacked. Sorry, doesn't make sense to me.

    He played one game and was injured after that certainly not enough time to judge a player even though he was very poor on the night

    Kai has a positive attitude and lots of heart plus he he’s Nan with a capital B. Guthrie does not equal Doyle or Vaughan as a like for like .... we need goals not shouting and clapping your hands .....

    Once. He was shocking and his body language that night was all wrong too for a new signing looking to impress.

    If we keep him, then I hope he proves me wrong. But personally I think we will regret not offloading him now whilst we have chance.
