American Election

What the US really needed was a landslide victory to either side, as it stands the country is more divided than ever and the Trump supporters ain't just gonna go away. Some interesting times ahead probably involving a lot of civil unrest. The old divide and conquer.

 

0 evidence of widespread voter fraud, 0 evidence of any voter fraud actually at present. The trump campaign has failed to produce a single piece of evidence to substantiate any claims they currently have in the courts, principally because there isn't any. Even implying there is fraud when it's as blatantly obvious as it is that no fraud has happened at all is at best disingenuous and at worst anti-democratic.If trump had his way with these lawsuits, perfectly legitimate and legal votes (trump himself votes by mail) would be disregarded.

 

Blowouts just don’t really happen in the US. This isn’t really THAT close a result. The last time there was a popular vote more one sided than 55-45 was for Reagan in 1984. But the way that the ballots have been counted has formulated this weird ebb and flow narrative.

It’s always tough in the days following an election, as the initial narrative formed in the first few hours is so pervasive and difficult to shift. If you’d flipped the order they tallied them and counted the absentee ballots the other way around, they’d probably have started talking about it as a landslide, and then gently walking it back over the following days and weeks.

Absolute bollocks. I've watched several news channels who have reported from inside the counting stations and seen many people observing.

What Trump wants is like an audit - someone standing behind the person who is counting checking that the person who is counting has counted every single vote properly. Why ask for that now? He could have asked for that 6 months ago but even then just let the person do their job. There can't be 1 million people counting and a further two people (one from each party) standing behind each person making sure they do their job. Good grief, the count would take months.

I'm also more confident Trump will lose as Murdochs outlets in America are turning on him now. I hate Murdoch more than anything but he knows when someones about to become a loser.

 

It was nice to see the big networks finally actually do something rather than just let him stand there spouting blatant lies and falsehoods.I dont see how anyone ever calls him out on the fact he himself votes by mail, so does that make him a potential fraud by his own logic?

Fox calling states for Biden really put the cat amongst the pigeons for Trump as well, apparently he rang up Murdoch to shout at him haha poor donny.

 

Seems that not many over here (and on here) have not yet twigged that Biden is America's Corbyn.. but hey ho....

 

But there's no evidence whatsoever that that is happening. The courts have thrown out several legal challenges from Trump for lack of evidence.
