I don’t think anyone expects a quick fix. But we need to see specifics in terms of what the plan involves, for people to have any level of trust or confidence in it.

 

Seems a massive step in the right direction to me. Not sure his report back to Rupp will show Sparks in the best light. The best way to describe the signings and the contracts dished out is ‘carnage’.

Only the shareholder will see the detail though as every major employee will have to produce a business plan for their departmental responsibilities.

Think about the role , the owner pays his wife a big salary and calls her CEO. Pays the family an income and she claims expenses ?. Nothing more than MP’s do. Can you imagine Rupp making his wife CeO. Meltdown , volcanic style?
