    Not really interested in current performance, thats not how this debate started . Our discussion is about CM mentioning MKD having a so called style .. I asked for it and what it was he then didn’t respond , not that I saw. That’s how MKD arrived on the scene in the discussion.

    Do to be clear then, FGR haven’t a plan, neither has MKD. What is clear is they are performing better than we are on CURRENT form….Not because they have a plan.

    Ending here … The new Head of football might have a plan….I like the sound of him and I will give him a chance , but it won’t be overnight….He said 4-5 windows!

    Great listen. Now he speaks about looking at all players in and out of contract and who GA wants to let go. Hopefully a ruthless approach this summer will pay dividends.

    Also alluded to 4 or 5 transfer windows before you can get to where you really want to be. Is that a reference to getting into the Championship do you think or stabilising in league one?

    Like what I have heard so far. Plenty of planning and mapping out our future talk.

    Now lets see this in action.

    Yeah investment and a plan. He's only been in the door two minutes and he's talking about 3/4/5 year plans. Remember big Geoff? For all his faults he told us he'd have us in the prem in 5 years and did it. Not for one minute do i envisage the same happening this time but its a start. Nothing, and i repeat, nothing works without a plan, not in football, rugby, business etc.
    The trick is to have everyone singing off the same hymn sheet, and thats right from the guy at the top to the staff in the canteen. You lay down a culture at the club and make sure everyone buys into it. You can sense when its gonna work, i remember the late great Peter Deakin doing this very thing at the bulls.
    My only gripe with the appointment is straight away Sharpe is telling Sparks what he should have been telling Rupp from the very beginning. Do we really need two people at the club who could do the CEO role? Personally i don't.

    I can see others moving out, not clear who yet, but it does seem it’s a Sparks led initiative with additional funding provided by Rupp?
