Loyalty Points & Priority for Away Matches

I have and have not had any response whatsoever.
I’ve listed the games I’m missing and even offered to provide evidence of my spending in the ground at those games.
But that is my concern - we end up in the play offs and the issue isn’t fixed ahead of then or even at all.

 

Am I missing something . How do you check your home points are added ? I can see the away games in my history but not any home games

 

If you click on your season ticket purchase, on the ? icon, you can then scroll down match by match and it shows you if you have or haven’t had 20 points added

Of the four of us, my three kids and me, three of us are missing 60 points and one 80 points. All since Christmas.

Main stand but turnstiles nearer to the club shop / Bradford end.
Edit: I’m going to leave until the season ticket cut off has been reached before chasing / escalating. Appreciate it’s probably been bedlam in the last few weeks

 

Can anyone think of another similar situation where you pay (in our case for a season ticket) up front by CC of DD and if for what ever reason you can't make the game you get penalised in this case lose 20 points.
I think it a disgrace and needs changing, for the club not to respond to its customers is even worse , what's happend to the my doors always open comment from Ryan.
This situation needs addressing, why would the club penalise Bradford City fans because they can't attend a game they have already paid for, you shouldn't have to prove you've been to a home game that is missing from your loyalty points account.

 

Not only that, they’re penalising fans who ARE attending by not adding the points!
The Grimsby game at home we all went to and I’ve got transactions totalling £160 in the club shop and tea bar.
Didn’t think something as simple as loyalty points would wing me up so much, but having travelled all over this season I don’t want to see us missing out on away tickets because we’re missing loyalty points!

 

Against Colchester there were so many people at the turnstilles at the kop that with 10min to go they just let everyone in. I was in early but my mate basically said no tickets were scanned.
If that happened to you there is a good chance you are 20 points down minimum.

I am missing Rochdale at home points and Grimsby at home points. I have e-mailed the ticket office to get this sorted.

 

It not a matter of loyalty points winding you up mate, it's wrong I would ask is it legal to do what the club are doing with regards docking points for none attending a game especially when many believe their ticket may not have been scanned or the system is dodgy.
If you get 20 points per home game once its purchased you should automatically have 20 x 23 = 460 points in your loyalty account and then more added for friendlies, Papa John, League Cup, FA Cup joining the members club etc , but not least for purchasing an away ticket should be added to your 460 total home points, the more I think about it the angrier I get .

 

My daughter was Mascot for the Grimsby game which caused us to move seats so that other family members could come, and we didn't get any points either. I don't need bank statements as the club have photos of her in the centre circle.

 

I work shifts so regularly miss a few home games a season so I'm definitely being punished by not receiving points even though I've bought a ticket.

It does seem a strange set up if I'm honest.

 

I'm like yourself and most Bradford City fans a new season I automatically renew our two season tickets, I don't go through the small print as I've never needed to do so in the past, does it state anywhere you won't get 20 loyalty points for not attending a home fixture, even if it does IMO its a poorly thought out system, you don't penalise your home fan base.

 

Daft question. How do I find the breakdown of my loyalty points, at the moment i can only see the total.

 

Click on purchase history. Within there you’ll see points added.
For home matches, click on the ‘i’ or ‘?’ icon showing on your season ticket purchase (assuming you have a season ticket) and you can scroll down match by match which tells you if you have or haven’t had points added.

If you buy a season ticket, give everyone the loyalty points for the game. It's pretty simple.

Someone people are going to find that because they have juniors who aren't allowed to attend night games because they run till 9.30pm, that they will be hundreds of points ahead of their children when they end up wanting to buy tickets for a game in the future. If you have paid for a game but something got in the way you should just get the points.

Losing points for working late, shift, car troubles, illness, etc when you have forked out cash is not really the way this should work.
