    The 12 sold out games is a little misleading as it includes Harrogate/Hartlepool/Barrow with 600 capacity each. We'd have a problem if we weren't selling those out.

    Overall, it will be less of an issue. Not perfect, but much less of an issue.
    We wouldn't sell out the vast majority of games in League One.

    Everyone that I have seen saying they are missing points are the same games. I am missing those games too but I wasn't there but have got points for all the other games I didn't attend

    Yeah but that’s irrelevant to loyalty points.

    As far as I’m aware every single match this season has had tickets available to season ticket holders.

    Has there actually been a points only away game so far where tickets were sold out before reaching ST holders?

    Yes I missed out on the Northampton game. I also missed out on the Harrogate game. They were only available to other season ticket holders with a higher number of ‘Loyalty’ Points.

    As far as I understand it they only went on sale to Season Ticket holders with higher number of ‘Loyalty Points’. They did not go on sale to general season ticket holders. You had to have a certain number of ‘Loyalty Points’ to qualify.

    Northampton definitely went on sale to season ticket holders (with no points requirement), as I managed to grab one on the Friday morning

    Ryan quickly responded, to my email, last night, covering a number of issues. In respect of the missing loyalty points he said:

    "This is the first I have heard of issues about points not being added. I’d ask that those who have concerns to please reach out to our Head of Ticketing, Data & CRM, Marco Townson, copied in, who will be able to attend to the accounts in question and ensure points are added right away."

    In his response, Ryan also touched on a couple of other issues:

    1) The loyalty scheme was never intended for just away matches, it may also be used for high profile home matches as well; and
    2) Regarding the women's match: "The women’s fixture is a game we are hoping to generate a large crowd for as we work towards growing women’s football in the district, working towards having a fully professional side in the future and building towards having the ability to compete in higher leagues alongside the big names. We will be rewarding loyalty points for attending this fixture in return for showing support and backing for our ladies against Newcastle United. We feel it is a great incentive for supporters who perhaps have never watched a ladies game before, to come out and take in a game for the first time – at Valley Parade."

    The simple question is why after buying a season ticket and accumulating 200 points, as @Bigrod@Bigrod has pointed out would you get another 20 points for attending a home game, as has been quoted many times why would you be penalised for not attending a home fixture.
    Once again its not up to the individual to prove they attended said game there shouldn't be any need for proof.
    Thanks anyway @Stafford Bantam@Stafford Bantam for at least getting a reply from the club.

    It’ll more likely be for every £10 you spend in the club shop you get 10 loyalty points, when I went in at Christmas for presents I’d have more points than loyal if that was the case talk about expensive.

    I'm confused why sparks thinks we potentially need the loyalty scheme for home games?

    Every season ticket holder should get one as standard and then sell the remaining to season ticket holders for a short time before general sale. Job done!

    Let's be honest, anyone without a season ticket isn't likely to accumulate many loyalty points anyway so it literally makes no sense.

    Mind you, it's not the first time I've thought that about certain decisions this season.

    In what other business would the CEO be answering questions about loyalty points? Like emailing the CEO of Tesco cos you have a problem with your club card.
