It’s easy to do a SWOT on a player, funnily enough, never mind a team!

 

Might as well get a RAID and a Risk/Issue log going as well.
Risk RoD. There is a risk that he will flap at a cross and we will concede a goal.
Risk mitigation-train him to be less like the pigeon

 

Keep the digs about ROD coming but he's still our number 1 keeper as I said he would be.

Even managing to keep the "miles better" Hornby out of the team so he must be doing something right.

Yes agree , it’s time to drop it. The boss made his choice…that will do for me.

 

Dunno if you meant that bit about drop it-if you did very clever-cos ROD did that a few times on Saturday but luckily it didn't cost us and then he pulls off a great save at the back post. That's why he is with us for now. We do need better if we get promoted though.

 

Good enough for L1 and L2, nowhere near Championship level though

I think we need better if we are to climb out of league 1 (when we get there of course).

A mix of ROD and SH would make a decent keeper though as they both have different strengths and weaknesses.

 

Rod isnt a bad keeper by anu stretch, just run of the mill lower league - decent enough.

Ove watched City for a long time and we have been blessed with goalkeepers.
