    What's the point,just to get some more rubbish coaching.They would be better prepared if they went out for Sunday lunch somewhere.

    I think that collectively those comments have been made by a lot of people. I have just collated them.

    I have made many comments about the: ineffectual midfield, perhaps 2/3 too many, quantity rather than quality, lack of reasonable alternatives, failure to play the ball into creative positions, play the channels (especially to Doyle), need for a fresh coach with constructive ideas. The fact that our performances have been poor, and our position is probably ‘in spite of our play, rather than because of it’.

    This is a dull unexciting side, playing after the appalling performances of last season.

    I must admit my patience is wearing thin.

    Perhaps I need to move to somewhere on the East Coast of Yorkshire?

    It's alright Bowyer saying well we were shit and got out-battled bla bla. Us fans can see that, anyone can see that. The difference he's supposed to have the knowledge and experience to stop this stuff from happening in the first place, and if he's failed at that he's supposed to know how to fix it during the game. Instead he put an extra defender on 2-0 down and they still scored, and we still didn't have a shot on target.

    He says Connolly should have scored and yeah he should have. But the thing is these chances go amiss for other teams as well. All these teams that win don't score EVERY chance. The difference is that they have 6-7 chances on target per game. We have had 9 over 6 games.

    The man has to go.

    You are 90% right but I don't think Rhodes was there today
    If he was then Doyle will be sold on Monday to Swindon
    the money from the transfer fee will pay up Bowyer and his sidekicks contract
    Who takes over is anyone's guess
    But today's thrashing has been coming since the cup replay
    We have been lucky other teams have not been that good
    If bowyer stays we won't sell 10000 season tickets

    Today we saw very little fight from the players, we hear it quoted many times when the opposition go in a goal or two down they have nothing to lose by throwing the kitchen sink at us but that performance both first and second have was a shambles.
    I can accept a defeat but what I can't accept is lack effort and today there few who could hold their heads up and say I gave my all, one thing for sure Doyle cant be accused of sulking and going missing.
    I've said I dont think Bowyer will be sacked with us still in or around a play off place but that performance today cant be defended.

    There problem that Bowyer and the rest of his crew have is that they can't get any passion or commitment out of the team and how is that going to change.

    Believe it or not the BBC website had us down for having more possession first half not by a lot maybe 53/47 but we never tried to get the ball on the deck and pass it, long aimless balls at Doyle.

    Agree. No service whatsoever. Second best from first to last minute. I’ve bagged wood recently but he kept going. Battled away manfully unlike centre mid which was overrun.
    That game could easily have been 5-0. Talking to Mansfield fans they said that had been coming and we were unlucky. I disagreed and had told the same fans before the game that we had been poor and it would take much for the crowd to turn as were frankly sick of the dull performances but that was a new low. The worry is Bowyer talked about coming on strong in previous promotion seasons. Well from what I can see we are getting worse and we didn’t have the stomach for the fight. Today was really damaging for bowyer. I’m not one to run for a change of manager at the first sign of problems but I’m sick of watching this bilge and a lack of fight is unforgivable.
    What I didn’t like though from Doyle was how he stomped off the pitch at the end. He really wants to go and we ain’t going to get anything out of him. Cut and run for me.
