Agree with you on the first part but Rhodes doesn't have the guts and Rupp just wants to protect his investment with little added- so we will be stuck with BowyerBall for a while yet.
Even if there was a mass walk-out of fans on tues night.

Been too busy to listen today. I presume we were as bad as the scoreline suggests.

Just caught back end of Bowyer's interview, he seemed very blase about the defeat, saying he didnt see that coming. I have defended Bowyer so far this season, but my patience has finally run out.

Doubt I shall make the effort after work on Tuesday

 

I know we really dont want to be seen as a club who sacks manager after manager but that today was awful. Its not so much the result but the performance all over the pitch we were second best. I thought at the time bowyer would be nervous about bringing doyle back as it could show how inept he is tactically compared to other managers in this league eg wellens. The owners have to ask the question why bowyer thinks its acceptable to throw a long ball up to doyle all the time when it doesn't work and another manager in the same league against the same opposing teams can get him to be the most potent striker in Europe. Tuesday has to be a huge improvement or he could be out of a job for me

 

No coming back from this for Bowyer for me, the rot has set in, zero on target efforts, there won’t be many there on Tuesday.

Sad seeing the season frizzle out like this.

 

It'll only fizzle out if we stick with him. Get a proper coach in and just 1 midfielder who can tackle, and I'd still back us for the autos

The owner hasnt a clue about football, so he will have no idea that launching long high balls to Doyle is ineffective.

Well, we have no fookin idea Greg but that's exactly what we've been asking all season!!!!

 

There's no debate to be had anymore. The man is completely clueless and out of his depth. This job is too big for him. That performance was worse than a lot of performances last season which says it all.

No plan, no tactics, no idea.

Once you lose the fans to this extent theres no coming back.

If we are going to sack Bowyer people need to be doing it with the belief that it will change our fortunes next season, not this season. I think it's fanciful (though not impossible), to think that changing our manager now will radically change our team and lead to us finishing in the top 3.

It's alright Abbo popping up at supporters meetings now saying how much Rahic was a tw@t. At least Mason had the courage of his conviction and walked away showing his displeasure of how the club was run.

I think someone mentioned these as a dream team earlier in the week, Then Warnock did that interview where he said he'd even manage in D2 just to until the end of season. Who knows? It might happen.
