What does relegation mean to you ....

You may not have been banned, but you and many others from TCA are equally (if not more so) guilty of causing offence. You even attacked a few of us on TCA “behind our back”.

Drives me mad as well. You need something that everyone can buy into, be it fans, players, staff etc. But because we've been lower league for most of our existence its almost accepted that this is our lot. Even if a rich business man came along now and outlined a plan some of our fans would hark back to Richmonds mad spending spree rather than look at the good work he did. Its the Bradford mentaility.

And for the record, I've never called Bronco a racist but I do remember the incident and him using an offensive term even after being asked to refrain from using it.

But the point still stands? They’re owned by a billionaire who has taken them from the brink of relegation out of the league into an established Premier League side. But at no point, even with all his wealth, did he feel the need to provide them with their own training facilities?

 

Can someone separate the City related stuff out from the rest?

I remember when we had better mods....

 

Not until now, they are building (according to them) a state of the art world class training facility starting this year. Their rise to the top is testament to the backing of their Russian billionaire and one of the best young managers in the game. As we stand Bradford don't need a new training facility, i'm not sure in my life time i will ever see them build one.

I did report the post. My subsequent comment wasn’t about the post per se, it was more about the Mod who has handed out bans or threats in the past for aggressive behaviour, turning a blind eye against exactly that type of post and actually ‘liking’ it

 

Exactly. He’s been the same since the old C&B site but nothing gets done. Sad that they play their little games. They need to grow up

 

Is it a ‘Bradford mentality’ though? Or is it a sense of realism that fans cannot affect what is done in the boardroom? Look at the troubles of clubs like Orient, Coventry, Charlton and the biggest of them all, Blackpool.

Their fans want ambition. Their fans didn’t like the direction their clubs are taken. But at the end of the day, who wins? The fans don’t enjoy going, many actually stop going but the money-men continue doing what they do.

We can all spit our dummies out like Fordy and demand success, but unless fans buy the club and have a vested interest, our say on a fans forum means absolutely jack. That doesn’t mean we accept no progression, but what else do we do?

For the record, have you and @Fordy117 and everyone else demanding change, renewed your season tickets? If so, doesn’t that mean you too are accepting the status quo?
