    In fairness his first couple were not bad, then the mistakes started creeping in. Was he any better than what we had not really if we looked in the round.

    Pretty nice pass. Although I don't expect the midfield and defence to part like the read sea in League Two all that often. Good to see the lad has an eye for those up top making a run (and good to see Angol making the run).

    Three men in the box for Sutton’s cross for the 4th! Some good passing and approach work on show. I know the opponents not the best but the balls have to be played and the goals have to be scored. Hopefully another test of fitness to come tomorrow.

    And I think that is exactly what Hughes said about these attributes that typifies Sutton’s game - great that we and the management can see this in him. He’ll be a valuable player this season.
