Don't our lot reckon about half are symptomless? Maybe we've all had it.

On Sunday, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that all 186 people diagnosed with Covid-19 across the capital the previous day had displayed no symptoms of the illness - such as breathlessness, cough, fever or a running nose - and therefore, these patients could be put in a category termed as 'asymptomatic'.

When an outbreak of coronavirus in a Boston homeless shelter prompted officials to do more testing, the results caught them off guard. Of the 146 people who tested positive, all of them were considered asymptomatic.

The Czech government has lifted a ban on free movement from today.
Czechs will be able to move outside in groups of up to 10, the health ministry says, as the Covid-19 situation has improved. The Czech Republic’s lockdown began on 16 March.
Travel abroad will also be permitted from Monday, though with strict conditions.

This would be fantastic news if we could be sure that contracting it, whether with or without symptoms, confers immunity from reinfection.
If it does then that would suggest the virus will disappear pretty quickly. If not, and restrictions are lifted early, we could face another situation like the Spanish flue after WW1, when the first wave killed 3m globally, but the second wave killed 20m.

Multiple strains. This may explain the broad range in symptoms and severity. And if you’ve had 1 strain, are you immune from all? Still far too many unknowns to expect anything other than many months of disruption.

Ok, let me run with what you say for a minute mate.

UFEA have called for seasons to end on sporting merit. Either finish it or points average work out for the games.

Why would say Bradford not want it to finish? To try get into the play offs and go up.

What we saying happens to the play offs?
Teams still need to get relegated as it will be a crime for Bolton etc to benefit.

How does pre season work in Oct?

I just can't see if football doesn't come back in 2-3 months how it comes back in October or November.

Sorry deleted my response which was along these lines.
That is good news but no other country will let you in.
EFL are now saying start 1st Nov either with or without fans. How can they put themselves above the medics and the Law?
I've been telling Fordy for some time this season is done (last full programme due tomorrow) and new season starts 21st November which the EFL date fits for pre season and re- jigging fixtures after failure of several clubs.

Don't know I do you've seen my post above I just don't see how it works.

I don't see how football comes back if it can't in 2-3 months.

If it's oct for the EFL I just can't see why the season doesn't finish then.

What happens to the play offs?

I just think clubs in the EFL are disgusting at the minute. Non league is different but EFL clubs need to come up with solutions rather than wanting something to end so they can get rid of players and not pay them.

If it doesn’t end what do they pay those players with? We would lose around 30% of the leagues teams without any income on a match day.

you talk about UEFA and the sporting integrity but that is more for the premier league because UEFA have already said that if you don’t finish the Season or decide a way to conclude it, you won’t be allowed in next seasons champions league etc. How does that impact league one and two?

Wjat you don’t seem to grasp is lower league clubs have big bills to pay. No income between now and let’s say September with a later finishing season would kill them. No future season ticket money comes along. Next years tv money doesn’t come in. What do you suggest? Not every club has wealthy owners backing them.
The only solution is a bail out package

No promotion/relegation in Dutch football. Ajax go into champs league based on league position. Oh imagine if that’s Liverpool @Fordy117@Fordy117 haha. How we will laugh

And now you get my point.

If you end this season. So let's say ends tomorrow! You basically saying right we are on our own and not wanting to find solutions.

Sponsors, fans and tv companies will give up.

I've ideas how Bradford City could be making money right now. Clubs will have to change like most other industries.

I understand it's tough but it is for all sectors but as I pointed out you have the PL, EFL, PFA, LMA, FA, UFEA and the government all which can help BAIL clubs out but they won't if it just ends!

Only Liverpool from England will be in the CL then as the only club that's officially qualified.

No promotion or relegation I can see from the PL because the PL will attempt to finish (or least plan too)if the EFL clubs can't find solutions but it will be don't on average points per game like in Scotland.

The reason football from this country is so sought after world wide is because of the competitiveness and quality all the way down the leagues. If they want to sell packages of it in the future then they will bail out clubs. Regardless of what happens this season or not

    Rubbish.

Crying after a month! Why would the PL want to bail out the EFL if they can get the clubs on the same page?

Truth the championship is highly watched around the world but league 1 and 2 are not. So if league 1 & 2 clubs are complaining already it's more likely to see a breakway in leagues.

PL will not fund the EFL if all not pulling together to get a solution to end this season.

And how are the premier league and championship so competitive? Because we have a good structure all the way down to league two. With some really big clubs down there. Without them it loses that edge

Most watched but in tough times only the strongest will survive but why would you carry others?

The likes of Sunderland and Salford would be in the new format.

    PL, PL 2.

I just can't see league 1 & 2 being the same if we can't finish the season. Most 1 & 2 clubs will be in the non league.

I also see a European Super league.

A Euro super league with some travel restrictions remaining in place for a while? Highly doubt it
