    Even some of the forest Green fans don't even back him. If you know you are going into a boardroom of the club your visiting you accept their protocol if not tough luck your not getting in.
    He was even offered a tie but refused so sat with their supporters then complained about it.

    Im sure if our CEO turned up at their place with a bacon sandwich in his hand he would be turned away. Its all meaningless, tie no tie, bacon in bread or falfal on rye but the protocol of each club should be followed regardless.

    Yes but it’s still bad manners. it’s him acting like he’s above and special. What harm would it be for him to put one on. It was all a show for him. I do believe in some of what he’s about but he comes across as some kind of green modern age Bond villain

    I think he likes to make a stand on just about anything to me. If he didn’t want to conform to a dress code, he could quietly go and sit with his own fans no problem. Why the song and dance? He just wanted to point the finger it suited his agenda. I expect our Chair/CEO to not insult the away team’s facilities and to graciously accept whatever the norm is at that particular club.

    Whether we have a dress code or not is at the discretion of the club, not bothered either way tbh.
