That's because you've got nothing left to say.

You're wrong, you've always been wrong and now secretly, although you're too much of a stubborn old fool to admit it, you're longing for the good old days of Mark Lawn and Stuart McCall.

    You started this thread off.

You stated, ‘We will be comfortably midtable by May’. Quite honestly I have seen nothing to suggest that this will be the case. The evidence is that we are not making progress. If you admitted that things were going backwards, it would demonstrate insight and honesty.

You seem to have adopted an approach similar to the vocal owner, of denial and keep on with the same mantra, and it will come right (eventually).

If you said something to the effect of, ‘hands up I got it wrong, this season is all about survival, and all I want to do is to survive and see positive change for the future’ then you would be more credible.

When your final comment is that this a bore fest, then it suggests that you have lost credibility and now try to blame BT as every thing is not happy. I think the term reality check is one you need to think about.

I genuinely hope your optimistic prediction, only posted a couple of weeks ago, comes to fruition, but adopting a myopic form of denial ........ is just that!

Park is entitled to his opinion, of course there's always a chance that he's right, however I think it's based on little but blind hope. When you look at the evidence (all our games this season) the only logical conclusion is that we are in deep trouble. We have trouble defending, we have trouble scoring. It's a terrible combination. The only team in the division who have a worst goal difference is the one below us, Plymouth. Even they have scored one more goal than us. We are also doing poorly against the teams that are near the bottom of the division even with the advantage of playing at home. That is a very poor sign.

A full 3 pages of calling someone out so you can say “I told you so”. Pathetic.

By the same people who predict doom and gloom every season, then, the one season the prophesies come true expect everyone to bow down to their superior knowledge and forsight

Let's get one thing right, before I get the usual abuse (like Park) we are terrible at the moment because we are playing nervously with no confidence. The results are worrying and of course, those of who thought the play-offs were possible will now be 'happy' with 14th, i.e. turn this thing around and move onwards and hopefully upwards

However, Park is correct on one thing. The forum is a borefest with a feral minority hell bent on nothing more than getting rid of Rahic (and Rupp) so use every negative result to restate their case

Keith Hill made the best point of anyone post match, but we just get the tired "we're entitled to boo and be negative as we've paid our money"

Those of us who still think we can turn it around, as I do are still ridiculed - despite these cold hard facts
    1. We're one point of safety, i.e. we've been terrible but by no means doomed
    2. We have had a chronic injury list - far worse than virtually every other club in our division. And this has been going on now for nearly a year.
    3. Little judgment can be made on the new signings because they have not had the chance to play in anywhere near our strongest team for any more than perhaps a couple of matches. Add on the fact that the preferred one, would more or less be a brand new team and that makes it even harder for settling in. Any player we signed would struggle at the moment. And I mean any
    4. We've the January window to make some changes. Those laughing at this, are just blatantly anti-Rahic/Rupp. They have spent money and supported the team with signings. This January, we were no poorer in our transfer dealings than our then play-off rivals. This doesn't mean we shouldn't have done better - I'm just giving some perspective. We actually got a great signing in McGowan, who looked commanding and a breathe of fresh air, then he gets a bad injury - comes back lacking as much confidence as the rest. And this confidence thing will only get worse, under the current atmosphere. WE fans can either change or simply become Blackpool etc and just exist to fight and moan about the owners for the next 10 years

Rahic mainly gets it in the neck from me, for his woeful lack of attention to the need for good fitness coaches / conditioners etc and of course the Collins appointment. But we cannot be constantly saying he's been bad at everything. There are some who still defend McCall unconditionally, when he's busy doing to his current club what he did to us, in the end (both times) conceding at least two goals a match. There was fault on both sides, not just Rahic's. And yes I would have McCall back as a manager, sometime in the future

I await the usual reaction, but believe it or not I am a passionate fan, who isn't blindly ignoring what the situation is

We are the worst team in the EFL , we lost a playoff final , we will be relegated by February. In all the statements Rahic made he was positive about the situation, for all McCalls faults we never dropped out of a playoff place , this club is rotten to the core. Yet you blame the fans , this club as lost its identity, yet you and 1 / 2 others defend the primary cause of the turmoil. They have turned my club into a laughing stock, but we will be OK ?

Some good points - but the saying goes you reap what you sow and Mr Rahic is certainly seeing and feeling some of the consequences/ repercussions most appear to be deserved with the fans having to watch some abysmal football at VP for some time now.

Thing is, Park ........... The current topics on this Forum are the 'Birth Child' resulting from what is taking place within our Club.
In late July, I for ONE stated openly on Bantam Talk that I was thus far happy with recruits, which 'on paper' were good. However, I also said we were still shy of perhaps four more quality players .......... Agree ? :)
Alarm Bells began to sound LOUDLY as Collins proclaimed he was "Relaxed" as we entered the final week of the window, and as no further signings were made - My optimism fell like a brick .............. Our current form (over say 10 games) has done nothing but justify my doubts. Reading this Forum almost daily confirms I am definitely NOT alone, in this.
But it's OK "We will be alright" ......... Blind Faith Won nothing, Park. Seeing is believing. Sorry, mate.

Got to have some faith at least
The vast majority on here realise our situation is perilous to say the least
But we still have the optimistic half dozen who turn a blind eye
They will soon be able to have a stand a piece never mind their usual seat

Thats what the fans against boycotting dont realise
We were sold cheap season tickets on the hope of making it through Kiosk/Shop sales
Not advocating not going to the match but when you get there
Dont give them anymore of your hard earned cash

I certainly worry about the logical thought process of fans who with us one point off relegation, with an injury hit squad, can't concede that there is more than a reasonable chance of improving, if we all stick together

This "laughing stock" situation. Who's laughing at us? If you feel we're getting laughed at then fair enough - but I work for a National Company that have fans from many different footie clubs and none are laughing at us. They're laughing at me and my ranting when we've lost another match - but plenty of other clubs have more problems than us

But you keep the despair going if you want
