That's certainly plausible. Rupp's neither the first nor last person to place his trust in the wrong person, especially when he's out of his own areas of competence. The penny finally dropped; he's decided to act; and then he sees that people, we, seem to be putting him on the same level as the main cause of all the problems -- I know I'd be irritated by that.

Enough of the backslapping. Our team is in a critical mess and needs the unwavering support of the masses. All those stay always please reconsider. Now Is a great time to get behind the lads and see what fan power can do to help them get up the league. If we can stay up it might just be a memorable season by the end of it for all the wrong reasons. Come on city.

I don't know, if we stay up then we've undoubtedly hit fine form, and we'd need to take that momentum into next season.

I now have to write a 'pretty please' letter to Julian, having cut up my season ticket and sending it to Rahic with the attached letter pointing out 'the errors of his ways'. Even if I don't get a replacement, it was worth it. I like to think it helped in a small way to tip him over the edge.

Wow bitter recriminations from those that didn’t want to rock the boat, when that is precisely what was required. He has gone, at the very least we need to be united in helping our squad and build a winning team. Please stop this, it is now time to focus on what takes place on the pitch. I for one feel much better, it has never felt comfortable but it was absolutely necessary.

I am really pleased that Stefan has decided to stay and continue to invest in our club. Should he have known earlier, yes probably. However, he was a man who had been persuaded to invest in our club by Rahic. To Stefan in was a long term investment, he had no interest in running the business that was Rahic job. Stefan doesn’t know football, not particularly interested, nevertheless it cannot have escaped his notice the constant topping up the bank account, his investment in the team the best for 15 years, and here we are bottom of League 1. Stefan had fulfilled his part, what was wrong? He must have been extremely worried not only with the current state of the finances, but how he could effect change without making it worse. It was difficult for us to understand how he could not see what we were seeing, but remember he doesn’t understand football, plus Rahic was only giving him edited highlights, or worse complete misrepresentation. Stefan deserves our support, he doesn’t understand the day to day running of a football club, I hope Julian can help him in that department.

We are still in a mess, but the only way fans can effect change for the better, is to turn up where ever possible to games and give that team and manager our full support as only Bantams can do. Yes there will be mistakes, easy on the criticism full on encouragement.

 

If Stefan approached some of the 'do nothing' lads and said 'it's time to rock the boat regards Edin', what would happen?

There's no right answer - one chairman must be respected, but so must the other! Both must be supported under ALL circumstances!
