I'll only say this once because I'm normally one to easily dish out the criticism but over the last few games Paudie and Songo'o have been superb.

Well done gentlemen, credit where credit is due and long may it continue.

Thought we were excellent today, best under Hughes so far. 11v11 we were all over them and would've won comfortably and even when it was 10v12 we were the better side and had all the big chances. Tranmere were absolutely gash and it's another example of how poor this league is that they've been in the promotion picture for so long.

Outstanding effort by all. Effort, heart and moments of quality. No real complaints today. We know more is needed next season, but im only encouraged by what I see of us under Sparky

Now that is how I want to see Bradford City play.

Enjoyed it! We have a manager that gets it.

With expected temperatures of 19c I shall be in the beer garden checking the scores when I can be assed.

Got my ST for next season and thoroughly optimistic after a summer of Hughes working his magic but this season is dead for me and have zero interest in these final 5 games.

Enjoy whoever still retains any interest

    Ask and ye shall receive!

Fewest home wins: (starting year of season given)

    4, in 2000 (19 matches)
    5, in 2006 (23 matches)
    6, in 1926 (21 matches), in 1972 (23 matches), in 1999 (19 matches), in 2003 (23 matches)
rounding out the top-10 are a number of 7-win seasons

This season will therefore mean an addition into our top-10 worst home seasons...

    Really enjoyed that.

The desire from every player today was really good to see

Some good performances from most of the players today, notably Songo'o, Walker and Pereira. Big shout out for Angol who was excellent when he came on. He is clearly talented, but do we take another chance with him this summer, quite a dilemma for Hughes I think.

Not sure why Gilliead is getting a bit of grief from some, his work rate in the middle was immense today, especially after Watt was sent off.

Great atmosphere today, can you imagine what it would be like if we are challenging this time next season.

Away from the match, commiserations to Scunny who were relegated today. Now that must be an awful feeling for their fans tonight

Well for be that is the best home match of the season. Commitment, determination and flare at times. It was just great to watch. They continue to make mistakes but they are getting less and less. Angol and Dion were both outstanding the latter was out on his feet as were many of the players. If they had played like that all season we would have won more games. I thought Songo was immense. Loved it.

Hard to fault that, we were the better side for the full 90 minutes, even with 10 men we created all the chances.
But jeez how bad were they. Reminded me of watching us at our worst under Adams.

How many times do we see opposition keepers waste time and get away with maybe a warning eventually but rarely booked. That was ridiculous today, cannot recall a warning to hurry up, just straight out with card very theatrically.

Hate refs like that who seem to want to be the centre of attention. How some of these refs have managed a 20 year career in the Football League is a mystery.

Definitely can blame the ref. Don't kid yourself. Yes watt was stupid but that was never a second yellow

Boyeson has refereed long enough to be better than he is and will never improve on been poor at best, The first incident was a verbal talking to at best and the second yellow was one of many tackles that should have had yellow given if that one was, He is known for been inconsistent and should not be in charge of professional players as his judgment is suspect

Agree Watt made it easy for Boyson, the original yellow was a poor call from Boyson it should never have got to Watt man handling him everyone in the stadium saw the foul apart from Boyson.

well, where do you start. Great performance and really deserved the win. Not going to be too harsh on Watt . His first card should never happen , the ref should have blown for the foul earlier and his push on the player would not have happened, silly thing to do and a word from Boyeson should have been enough. Never seen us awarded a free kick and have a player booked for the same incident before. The second was a foul, but Boyeson had his card out in a flash, did not think about it, just wanted to be the man as usual.
The rest of the match , we were the better team with 10 men and its fine margins, they hit the post and it goes in , Angol hits the post it stays out.
Next season is going to be some year, we can all see what Mark Huges is trying to do and he has got a tune out of a squad most deemed poor. What is it going to be like with his own players, the ground is going to be rocking.
Get them season tickets bought boys and girls, strap yourself in, its going to be some ride.

I felt today that there was a real connect between the fans and players today that I haven't heard in a long while.

You really couldn't tell who was down to 10 men.

They were utter dog shit and scored with their only proper shot on target in the whole game. Can't see them getting into the play offs.

Their fans travelled in good numbers but apart from celebrating the goal they were very quiet.

Oh and their scorer running down Midland road cupping his ear was quite an amusing site-you would have thought they had just won the PL or something.

Surely Angol has to start on Monday as we looked more mobile and threatening up top when he came on.

Good game nice and calm and with a right team behind him I can see MH putting together a promotion winning side. We played some really good football today.
