Hi Glen - how much do you want to release the ‘real’ Fordy? We’ve had a whip round and managed to raise 23p, 4 buttons and a few Smarties (although I’ve already eaten them).

 

Nothing on there at all about how someone can actually get some money to buy the tickets with.

They just don't care about the fans or getting people into the ground to spur the team on.

 

Glen when you get a minute do a collection option on the club shop website so we can pop in and pick our purchased items up rather than paying them ridiculous postage costs

I called yesterday as I’m taking my son to only his 2nd game of the season and they where very friendly and helpful for once on the phone. My previous dealings with the ticket office at VP have always been a nightmare either on the phone or in person

 

I think a suggestion thread would be good for posting genuine ways the club could look at improving . Not a thread to slate the club more of seeing things as fans that they don’t see . Glen and roger obviously monitor the board and could keep a eye on it and any decent ideas could be looked at . Even just small ideas like the click and collect is easy to do and will bring extra revenue into the club . Sometimes am put off buying a £10 training top with the 5/6£ postage . Now if I could collect in person I’d be spending money . Maybe worth asking them first if this was ok rather than the hassle of them just viewing the board as fans as they may wish to do. This is the main Bradford city fans forum and I bet there is some good ideas knocking about

I've asked the question of the Dale Whiting who is the Shop Manager. It's a great idea if it can be implemented. It will be a matter of understanding the framework of the shopping site platform to see if that be achieved.

One thing that pisses me off is when you buy tickets online and are charged a ‘web handling fee’ and extortionate postage.
What exactly is the handling fee for? And a stamp costs 70p

 

Can I ask about the cleaning situation at VP. Do we contract this out? Do we have somebody who checks the place out. If it is not up to standard, we need to think about using a different contractor.

 

Need to clean the sh!t up on the field first
