    At least two, bearing in mind injuries, suspensions and of course the only acceptable standard will mean the inevitable International call ups, so eight in total minimum (plus 2 PL loanees)

    I remember seeing a stat from opta in feb and there was only De Gea in the country who had stopped more shots in the top 4 leagues. Him, Payne and O'Brien were the only ones earning their crust in the first half of the season. Not saying he didn't have a shaky finish to the season but the amount of work he was getting through mistakes were going to happen. He's clearly capable and more than good enough. I'll judge him this season in a more confident team and hopefully a tighter defence.

    I've seen O'Donnell play for a full season and I've formed the opinion that he's rubbish and we can do better, but since I've not actually seen anyone else play for a full season I'm not allowed to suggest we should replace him.

    On that basis, I’ve not actually seen James Vaughan play a full season either, maybe we should have just stuck with Omari Patrick
