So you admit, they've chosen the wrong ones many times in the past? That in my opinion, is disorganised, mistakes have been made, many knee jerk ones, and therefore is a shambles. You don't think other managers talk about us in that way too? For sure, the next young up and coming manager looking for a step up in his career, will think twice about sending his CV in.

Of course we have made poor calls in the past that happens even at the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea, Manchester City and many more clubs, were not unique as a football club to not getting it right..
Not sure what your last comment is implying, surely it can't be you think sacking T&S was the wrong call.
I know within football circles players manager and owners talk about other clubs but as yet I'm not sure managers have turned us down because of what a fellow Ex managers/players have said, it certainly didn't stop Gary Bowyer from accepting the post at Valley Parade.

 

If Sparks has given them until the end of the season and the results were the same the noise would be a lack of stability undermined them. If they had done well then we should have signed them on a longer deal. I’m not sure he could win.

I'm implying that giving them a contract and then sacking them, was the wrong call. Sacking them is the right call, but it should never have come to this if managed properly. " Get us safe from relegation, then let's sit down at the end of the season and see where we are". Instead, they've been bigged up by the CEO, media and whoever else, given a fanfare contract and hailed as the new messiahs. They got too cocksure maybe, out of their depth too early, players have hung them out to dry, and now they are probably too beaten to go back to the job they did before (and were doing well at). I'm implying that we don't really have a good track record of signing rookie managers and giving them a shot.
