I didn't deliberately listen but in what way do you mean, "give me much confidence for next season"

    Thanks

If we reduce their pay there will be compo due, if we don’t reduce their pay we will be paying three first team managers. That is presuming they got a pay rise originally

So we have finished the season with the worst form in League two over the last seven matches. If T&S had been in charge all season they would absolutely have been sacked at 5pm today. If they stay the only possible reason is to prevent egg on Spark's face and we should be bigger than that.

I doubt they will be on anywhere near the money that even the second lowest paid manager in the league is on, and we can save the majority of that by giving them their old jobs back.

I have absolutely zero confidence that they are the right people to turn around the form we have ended with, and given the fact that seven of the nine players they signed played only minor bit parts, and the majority of the good run was using players already at the club, then they simply have to go.

Pay them a nice bonus, let them have the dignity of taking up their previous roles (if they want to), put it on public record that they turned around a team heading down with Grimsby, but make the bold move now and lets go again next season.

Call them in morning and say thanks but not keeping them on. Academy job back if want it, can’t see them wanting as think despite lack of experience they will have a taste for first team football. Look at Leyton Orient follow there lead mcanuff replacement incoming experienced manager from league 1 or 2 after. I would definitely not them over sea the retaining list. Half the players deserve to be kept hanging on for an experienced head to decide. And after today if these are in charge I don’t think cook will sign he looked pissed

Ryan chooses to sack people with a dreaded Sunday phone call. If T & S are not gone by 4pm I expect them to be on position next season unless Stefan intervenes from Deutschland.

I think Sparks would rather sit them down and discuss the option of going back to the youth set up rather than just sack them, after all they did keep us up. We do need a decent manager but I can't see Adams leaving Morecambe after building a playoff team , and Wellens I'm not to sure he would be the right man for the job.

Other clubs will have Adams on there radar if Morcambe fail to get promoted, and I can't see Adams staying there if a bigger club come in for him, not saying we're a big club or that we might be in for him but his CV can't be ignored.

Adams isn’t going to stay at Morecambe. He isn’t a fool.

Big league 1& 2 clubs will be after him. Us, Salford and others.

Adams is value is now at his highest and he knows at the end of the season no matter what will be the right time to leave hence him being out of contract.

Is he out of contract, if so he'd be foolish not to leave if an offer came in.

Yeah, hes out of contract mate.

He's now in a no lose situation.

So, if Sparks likes Morecambe team and how it was built so much then he would be a fool not to go all out to get Adams.
